Definitely one of my favorite things to do at work. A good tip is you can "idle" it after it lights by being gentle on the trigger. We also ordered some 3foot rods, it makes a big difference not having to change them every 5 seconds. And the bigger the hole you can create the more the pin shrinks hopefully allowing it to come out.

You can also use the O-lances to turn tough steel in to a few hours annular drilling job and to get cable in and anchored into things... the blow-way is a bit rough for threading but that can be done to an extent.
Andy, get a welder's respirator kit. I got mine from Sundstrom, very happy with their products... that smoke coming off the lance is no joke: it will [not acceptable on youtube language] you up eleven ways sideways and leave you wearing a diaper around your throat.
You should see how fast that lance will go through its own airline... some short bits of channel iron and some magnetic welding braces make quick guides for hoses like that and excellent props to ensure you're pushing straight.

That's a lot of blowback, but then so is a torch when you are digging a hole. Can you see where you are cutting, or is it just a shower of sparks? Looks like visibility may be kind of poor, and you may risk cutting out the side of a pin and digging into the good part.
