@@joewatts2940Look up “Elijah Wood Prank Interview.” The beginning of it describes the circumstances, but basically Elijah was being interviewed by a fake German reporter who was really his LOTR costar Dom (the actor in this video). He was led to believe it was a real, remote interview, so he only got the audio and couldn’t see it was his costar and friend.
I’m currently watching lost. He is one of my favorite characters.

I'm just saying it's gonna be difficult these days to be aware of bonus content and bloopers when it's not really a thing anymore due to movie streaming services. Which is the sad reality of the times and understandable.

It's from a 2004 interview between Dom & Elijah for one of the LOTR movies.
Basically, Elijah can't see Dom & assumes (by the accent) that it's a genuine interviewer asking about wigs.

The joke was that Dom claimed that Cosmpolitan(a newspaper or magazine, idk tbh) thought that Elijah wore wigs. And he started asking questions in order like:

- Will you wear wigs?
After Elijah said "maybe" Dom finished him with the question: "- When will you wear wigs?"
and Elijah immediately burst into laughter
