Michele Girard Thank you hope you like it. Remember you can alter or add whatever you like to make it taste how you want. I like my ginger shots super strong and kind of bitter and this recipe is definitely that! lol If it is too strong you can always add orange juice or a little less ginger to tone it down 😉

TX Tornado Without the water the ginger wouldn’t blend. Plus you need liquid to create the shot otherwise you will just have mush or paste that can’t be strained to create the shot.

Will I get the same effect if I switch out the lemon and honey for pineapple juice and the cayenne pepper for turmeric?

You can switch them out if you like and therefore you would have a ginger & turmeric shot. The health benefits would differ a little because the ingredients are different. Still good but different.

You can take a he shots at anytime of the day. With a he celery juice you will want to drink it first thing in the morning before you eat.
