My two cents: Considering Maze Bank is the most expensive of the four executive offices, these views are are not quite as good as I would have hoped they would be, except of course Garage 3 which is outstanding. Garages 1 and 2 have rather dull views for being in a building that's so tall.

@@srmelancia3523 HA HA! Not quite. I did become a real estate photographer and I was an assistant to a Realtor. I did that for about a year, and really enjoyed it. I moved to a new city and don't have connections anymore to get a gig with a Realtor, but that's ok. It was fun while it lasted.

I wanted to know which views are the best before buying an office, and it seems like lombank ist the way to go. That beach view is just breathtaking!

It seems like the garage views for Maze Bank Tower are better than the actual office view it has by itself, looking towards Vinewood with the IAA and FIB buildings clogging up your view space. If Maze Bank Tower office had an option to look towards Vespucci beach, or Strawberry, like these garage views, I would have gotten it instead of Lombank.

Office currently on sale in GTA. Torn between the views from Maze Bank Tower and Lombank, and the practicality of Arcadia Business Center.
It is a tough call. The Maze Bank Tower is a great location and it's prestigious. The views are cool, but you're so high up that you don't get to enjoy the details in the city. I also don't care for the garage entrance there, and I really don't like all of the stairs up to the helipad. Arcadius is, in my opinion, the sharpest looking building in the game, especially at night. I love the underground garage with entrances on both sides, and the driveway that leads right up to the front door. Unfortunately the views aren't as impressive there, and it's got quite a few stairs to the helipad too. I land on the container outside the door on the roof but it's a tricky landing in a Buzzard and you have to be careful jumping to the roof because I've fallen down the side of the building and died several times. Then there's Lombank.... my favorite. The views are SO gorgeous from the office and the garages too. It's convenient for me because I have the Chumash bunker and other businesses and apartments near there. The driveway is a little bit of a pain, but I LOVE the helipad. No stairs! I'm biased for sure, but I just love Lombank.
Champlette2 I’m currently trying to assess them in game by driving and flying to them. Arcadius has good location and garage, the helipad isn’t great, but the views are terrible. Maze Tower again has good location, garage access is worse though, the views are disappointing for the height and price, and the helipad is like trying to thread a needle! Lombank isn’t central, but I am planning to relocate my bunker to either Chumash or Farmhouse when next on sale (currently using the Paleto Forest freebie from the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack).
Do all helicopters/offices support auto-landing when you get in vicinity of the helipad?
Champlette2 Plus once you have access to things like the Master Control Terminal in the Arcade, Terrobyte, and Mobile Operations Center, having your mechanic deliver vehicles etc. is the office location that important?
@@mikeward1701 Yes they all have the auto-landing helipads. That will help with landing, but unfortunately there's still a lot of stairs to climb up at the Maze Bank Tower to leave.
@@mikeward1701 True, the only real need to visit the office would be to view your cars, to get free snacks, or to use the personal customs shop (if you bought it). It's also a good place to spawn, if the location is convenient.
What do you reccomend, Lombank or Maze Bank Tower?
It mostly depends on which office is closest to your vehicle cargo warehouse. That's the most important consideration. However, I absolutely love the views at Lombank and I wouldn't trade it for anything!

Yes it does, darnit. I wish it would clean it up a bit. I also learned the hard way that buying the safe makes absolutely no difference either. I hoped having the safe would clear some off the floor, but it didn't.

What Office do you prefer?, i have Maze Bank West, i'm thinking of saving money for the Lombank tower mostly because of the ramp is gone on the roof which saves time when getting a chopper, but the view seems nice too.
Maze Bank West is nice, but I can't say enough about how much I love Lombank. The views are spectacular and it's so easy to land your helicopter on the roof (several in fact... my friends all have Lombank) and get right into the office. I very highly recommend Lombank. It's worth every penny.
Nice, thanks, by the way, i have 2 garages at Maze Bank West, how do exactly does it work then switching offices?, i know that you can just transfer the both offices with each other, but what about the cars in the garage?, do i have to send them to other garages until both garages are empty?.
Your garages and the cars in them will transfer over just fine when you trade you executive office for another one. You'll even keep any design changes you made to the garages too.
I really like the arcadius office, I had the Maze bank tower but got bored of the view and the height climb for the helicopter. I like the arcadius downtown view the best. I like being in downtown :)

How do you buy the garage once you have already bought the place. It said I can buy it but I'm not sure how I do that
matt harper Go to the Dynasty 8 website on your game phone. Click on your executive office icon. You'll see another little icon that fans out to the side and that's the one you need to click to buy garages. I had trouble finding it the first time too.
Made a terrible mistake buying this solely because of office view. Then I saw the garages and the rooftop and was not feeling the vibes at all. It was a huge hole in my pocket, but I had to switch back to Arcadius. The most expensive sometimes isn’t the most satisfying :)
I absolutely agree. The most expensive Facility is absolutely terrible. The most expensive bunker is almost the best, but there is one better that costs a lot less. The most expensive vehicle warehouse is definitely not the best either.

I personaly like Mazebank office view better than Lombanks but the Lombank Garage view is amazing.
It’s a tough decision. Hard to pass up on a beachfront property that actually has views facing the beach. This is my 2nd account & I still have a hard time passing up on Lombank even though I can go there any time on my other account.
I wanted to get garage 3 but also get rid of garage 1 but I just realized you can't do that :C

I bought Maze Bank WEST, but now I want this one instead! Looks much more classy heh, you think its worth it, I have 20m + gta dollars, and I don't feel the need to buy any more cars than I already have... also how would I swap my OFFICE from Maze Bank West to this one?
Just go to the Dynasty 8 website on your phone. Click on the Maze Bank Executive Office and go through all the steps to buy it. When you get to the last step, it will tell you how much you will get in trade for your Maze Bank West office. They do transfer the garages if you bought them, but they don't transfer the gun cabinet or the safe, unfortunately. Even more unfortunately, they won't give you much for your office. It might only be around 500,000.
Michael Z Be sure to look at the Lombank video of the garage views before you buy the Maze Bank Tower. The views are absolutely amazing from Lombank.
what ceo office would you recommend for buying just for viewing pleasure? i have grinded more than 100mils with the maze bank west so now i want an office with great views!
Oh hands down, if it's views you want, you need Lombank. Check out my videos on the views from that Executive Office and from the garage. They're amazing views at Lombank!

When you buy your first garage are you able to choose the one you want or do you have to buy them in order?
Sadly no, you don't get to choose. They are purchased in order, 1, 2, and 3.

Yes, it absolutely does carry over! I keeps all of your cars where you put them, and it carries over the garage design options you already bought too.

What would it really sell me on the office garages is if they would actually wax the upper floors like the bottom floor.

I am having a hard time between choosing Arcadius and the Maze bank tower for my second character. You got any input? I already have Lombank for my main character and want a different office for my second one
Hmmm.... that's a tough call. The views are not terribly different, so the key might be whether you fly a lot or drive a lot. Try driving to the garage entrances for both and flying to the helipads on both and seeing which you prefer. Arcadius has the garage with entrances from two streets which is pretty cool, but I can't remember what the helipad is like. At the Maze Bank Tower, you can jump off the side of the helipad when you land there, but you still have a big staircase to climb back up to your helicopter. You can pay to exit straight to the helicopter, but that expense adds up after a while.
Does the garage come with the office? If i just buy the office (I was going to get lombank) , does the garage come automatically with it?
No I'm sorry to tell you it doesn't. The garages cost extra. You can buy 1, 2, or all 3 garages.

I'm guessing the new gun running coming up will also be remarkably expensive. I can tell you that if you get to the point where you're only importing and exporting the top range cars, you can make great money. I've made almost 74.5 million so far with the car exports. It's the most lucrative thing I've found so far in GTA, if you're playing straight with no glitches or hacks.

Can you buy garage 3 without buying garage 2 and 1?

Yes you can buy any single garage you want, or even buy 2 of the 3 of them if you want.
I must be doing it wrong bc it won't let me get the third garage without buying the first two.. I want the views!!! I would pay more just to have the third garage without the first two lol
I hadn't tried to buy #2 or #3 without buying the #1 garage. It appears that you can buy only 1 or 2 garages, but you have to buy them in order. Yuck.
Can I buy the garage from a different office location? I own the maze bank west but I want the garages from maze bank
Sorry but no. You can only purchase the office garages in the same building as your executive office.

If you only care about the views, I'd choose Lombank! The views of the beach and the mountains are gorgeous. Maze Bank Tower has nice views, but you're so high that you miss a lot of the details.

If you want a center of the map office, save up for Maze Bank Tower. The stairs to the helipad are shorter than Arcadius and if you have Arcadius, you can get turned around easily, and what I mean by that is, is if you’re doing crate missions, you could easily go back into your office, that’s Arcadius I’m talking about. But the con of having Maze Bank Tower is, it takes forever to get up to the helipad. I hope I made sense and hope this helps you.

How come I can't buy c and c1 I'm fucking rank over 1 thousand and I can't figure out why I can't buy the two extra ones at maze bank...I only have 3
I'm trying to understand what you're asking... are you saying you bought one garage and you can't buy the other two at the Executive Office? They don't have anything to do with rank, so that can't be the issue.

You're welcome, and thanks so much for watching! I chose the Lombank Executive Office. I like the location because it's close to my yacht and to my bunker at Chumash and it's easy to get to my vehicle warehouse at La Puerta from Lombank. Most importantly, I just couldn't say no to those incredible views of the pier and the beach from Lombank. I like Arcadius a LOT because it's such a sharp looking building and the location is pretty good, but I couldn't give up the views from Lombank. I also like the roof at Lombank. Four of my crew have their office there and we can all land buzzards on the roof and just walk right in the door to the elevators. That's nice not to have all the steps and such like the other 3 offices have.
That was quite a brief reply ^^ I always owned the maze bank west from the start. I like the office entrance and it has decent views too imo. Also I have my warehouses set up at the west/ south west side of the city and I do own the chumash bunker as well. And it's right next to my first ever apartment Del Piero heights makes it probably my most favorite place for the office. However I haven't been playing the game much and been sitting on close to 80mil, so I was thinking to relocate to one of the big boys (Arcadius/Maze bank). Now I mostly only use my office garage and sometimes assistant to get free snacks 😅 What's your opinion on that? :
Hmmm... well if you really want Arcadius or Maze Bank, I would choose Arcadius. In fact, I did choose Arcadius for my secondary character. The location is great, it's a gorgeous building, and I love the parking underneath. You can get there from the north/south streets on either side of the building, which is really cool. I always forget where the garage entrance is a Maze Bank, so that's a negative for me about that office, plus the views aren't nearly as spectacular as you would expect from such a tall building. Although, if you fly a lot like I do, landing on the top of Maze Bank frequently is a pretty cool experience and if it's a view you want, it's hard to beat the view from the top of the tallest building in LS.

Yes, I play daily and so does my crew. To be honest, I don't usually add people to my friends list until I get to know them a little better. I only have 10 friends on my list. However, we do sometimes need a 4th for the Pacific Standard Heist, if you're interested. We're pretty good at it. We do the whole thing, setups and finale, in about 90 minutes or so. Maybe I could invite you sometime if we needed a 4th player? If you're on PS4, what's your gamertag?

The executive offices don't automatically come with garages. You have to buy them. If you go to the Dynasty 8 Executive site and click on your office, you'll see the garage icon pop out by your office and you can click "renovate" to add up to 3 garages that hold 20 cars each.
