  • Jess is the owner of Good Folk Yoga, a studio that invests heavily in its people and also services. Jess left what some would call a dream job to pursue her dream of opening up a holistic space for alternative practices as well as growing a community that fostered connection amongst it. Overcoming the pressures that came with the corporate life, Jess began to explore the practice of mindfulness meditation and yoga and found that it gave her a newfound sense of clarity and space to move past not only the stress and anxiety she was experiencing in everyday life but also moving away from what a lot of us tend to feel which is imposter syndrome. It was through all the challenges she faced to bring Good Folk to life, a newfound level of resilience and confidence was born.

    - How meditation can change your life
