Lol I cannot find an eye primer that works on my skin. Elf putty will not smooth out, even when I rub it between my fingers, and just stays chunky, which does not lead to nice makeup. I am honestly shocked it works for anyone. And everything else just slides off, including urban decay. I tried using my ordinary serum foundation, since it is a very drying formula (it looks truly hideous on, so I was hoping to find a use for it other than looking 20 years older), but that won't hold either. Setting spray seems to work pretty well for me tho, may have to try extra around the nose. I used to have a great eye makeup sealant but it got discontinued and I believe it was just watered down hair spray, sold for $26/oz. I am getting very tired of nothing working for my skin, which is I guess is somehow just wrong for makeup. I am about ready to just trash all my skincare and makeup tbh. I think using adalpalene (retinol/oid) likely permanently destroyed my deeper layers and my skin is probably a lost cause now.
I just love your channel so much, because you speak about drug store products with the same amount of excitement, as you do for high-end products. Everytime I want to know if a drug store product is good, I come straight to you.. cause if you like it I know is worth buying it. The way you break each product down and speak on how it will react to the skin is great and the fact that you are so conscious, about products on different types of skin tones, is amazing.. im surprised a company hadn't done a collab with you yet. I feel like it would be epic. You are definitely one of my favorite youtubers, I love a person that does research and not just throw info out there for views.
I love the essence jelly primer! I find the elf power grip to be too sticky, and it does the same long lasting effects for my makeup without the stickyness!! 🤎
I totally agree Maybelline needs to be cruelty free. In my opinion every makeup company should be vegan ,cruelty free and talc free. Safe enough that no one needs to stand there and read all the ingredients to make certain it’s okay to use. Jas💕 Evidence that I love you. I love the LAGirl mixing pigments. I use the blue one a lot because foundations are always a bit too warm for me. I CANNOT believe you haven’t tried the Tarte Maracuja lippies before? I think I have every color- I love them so much!!
Yes!!!! I’ve been using the blue one for a while now. It has saved me so much $ on foundations that pull orange or too warm!!! I get so frustrated when I buy a so called “neutral” shade of foundation that ends up being a total Oompa Loompa orange 😂
I got that blush pallete and it's uh-mazing!!! You gotta try it on a tutorial. I never spend money on high-end blushes but this was so worth the buy. They're beautiful 🤩

It’s an app that scores cosmetic products based on ingredients. You should do a video with products that are highly rated like Burt’s Bees, Honest Beauty, Pacifica, etc. I have sensitive skin and eczema so I try to stick with clean items!! I love your recommendations but I cannot always use them. Thank you!! 🙏🏽🥰

L.A. Girls concealer is so good! U can use the orange as a beautiful blush! *just a lil tip/hack. The mixing pigments are wonderful! And I had just bought the maple Glaze and gingerbread Shockwave lip liners the other day! (I posted it) *repurchase for me as well!

The Ulta eyeshadow primer is great!
I just realized those Tarte Lippies are VERY similar if not dupes for the formulation on the marc jacobs lip gloss sticks.
Yup, it is hard to find a straight brown nude lip color without it leaning too pink or peach. Also I find many of them lean purple on me.
I get the purple issue too. I’ve always wondered what causes it.. is it our undertone?
