Exactly same thing happened…. My sunroof curtain got stuck on delivery day of my car … i followed the same process as shown in the video and it worked perfectly now …. Thanks 😊

1) if you press the roof button long time.
2) some object stuck in sunroof
3) battery voltage Etc.

First press around 30 sec and sunroof noise like tak tak after that remove the button and with in 3sec again press button that time first curtain and sunroof go back live a video
