Just finished putting mine together today. Had a few minor things I had to sand down (with provided sand paper) but overall very happy with the results. I won’t have the game until late next week so hopefully things will go in the box as smooth as this video shows.

Thank you Smonex team! I finally received my Gloomhaven box this week and I punched all the cardboard out and into my divider tonight! I’ve had my Gloomhaven Organizer put together for about 3 months waiting for this day and now I have somewhere safe to put it. Still need to wait until tomorrow to sort the cards but so far I LOVE IT! Only small detail I noticed was one of the monsters had its named changed. Website at Cephalofair still lists Vicious Drake like it does in the monster organizer cover. The actual game calls it a Rending Drake instead. No biggie and I may never pay attention to the difference again but it was one small thing I found during the great unboxing.

It took me three days to put mine together, but I love it. Very sturdy and thick pieces, unlock other organizers I've tried for other games. In the video, a bunch of the monster standees are placed in the wrong spot btw.
@@SmonexSmartOneBox It's not about the design. You can see at 4:33 that some things are swapped around, and the label doesn't match. Like Living Corpse and Living Spirit. The Sun, Flame, Wind, Frost, and Night Demons are all shuffled around as well.
@@NxFals you are right. It was a mistake when the video was filmed. And we couldn't change it after it was published. It's not about the insert but about person's inadvertence, you see. I hope it doesn't disturb people very much :)

Bought it and i am very pleased with it. It's a shame that this came out later than most other organizer. There aren't many Reviews and Comparison videos about this.

I've finished the assembly, it went reasonably well. There is only 1 minor Weakpoint so far: It's very hard to pull out the Character board from the acrylic glas cover without using a lot of force. Other than that, it's a very nice organizer
Is there any solution for this? I don't want to use plastic wrap, but maybe there's something else out there? It's the only thing stopping me from buying this now! Haha.
Is there a cheat sheet I can print out to show me how all these boxes fit together in the big box? I'd love to print it and stick it right in the box itself.
In the earlier edition the monster was named the Vicious Drake. Later Cephalofair had changed the name to Rending Drake and we have already updated the organizer. In the video you can see the previous version. Now it is engraved like Rending Drake.

My Boss/monster organizer does not match the labels on the acrylic lid, even if I turn it and place it the other direction. I made sure to follow the directions to a tee, so it has me confused. According to the hole placement in the bottom and how the pieces fit before I started to set them with wood glue did not send me any red flags that my dry fit was wrong. Two rows - both the far right row and the far left have been reversed somehow even though the holes in the bottom match up with the trays. Same with the boss sections...Maybe the bottom was/is upside down??? Is that what could cause this issue?

@@marclarell thanks for the feedback. You most likely have the game printing with thicker character boards. We are already upgrading the boxes to it.

Sadly I bought the gaming trunk one. It was good, but I can tell this one is better at organizing things. Especially with the tiltable token trays.

You can put them on or in the character boxes. They are just the right size.

Yeah, I love everything about this except if the game costs $120 and this costs $90+ it's hard to justify. But it has all I want!!
