I just purchased this (arrives tomorrow) and notice that I can use it as a Node on my existing Tenda mesh (Nova MX12) I am hoping I can set the router as the main node of the mesh and the 3 MX12 Nodes as the ones that are coming off of it. Thanks for you review it confirmed my choice
I enjoyed your video as I was looking to upgrade a bit. I was looking at the tenda rx27 pro and I watched the video on that as well, but it was a little pricey. So I watched both videos and compared the results that so expertly showed. I found a deal on the rx12 which was about half the price of the rx27, but had practically the same specs. So I bought the rx12 and save some money without sacrificing performance. Thanks for your excellent videos!
hi please i have a question is there a difference between TX12 PRO and RX12 PRO regarding the features or they are the same please i want an answer thank you
It would help to know what service provider you use and what speed your plan is. That makes a difference with the numbers you are demonstrating on your speed test. Thank you
Have you tried two of these rx12 pro in mesh? I have this rx12 pro and looking to get another one to use as a mesh node, but worried about reliability.
GOOD EVENING, I WATCH YOUR VERY TECHNICAL VIDEOS, HOW DO I LEAVE MY NETWORK HIDDEN IN THE ROUTER Tenda RX12 Pro AX3000 WIFI 6, BECAUSE I CAN'T FIND IT... CAN YOU HELP ME... I'M WAITING FOR THE RETURN. THANKS.
I'm looking to buy a new WiFi 6 router. Would you recommend buying the RX12 over the TP-Link X55 pro? Or would you recommend another router instead of both?
It depends on your needs and on your budget. If you don't need a USB port and you're ok with basic parental controls and security and have limited budget, go with the Tenda. If you need a USB port and you're ok with basic parental controls and security, go with the TP-Link. If you want everything advanced and free and a USB port, go with the Asus RT-AX3000. Here's a video comparing the TP-Link AX55 to the Asus RT-AX3000: ruclips.net/video/QUd2dh7fodU/видео.html
@@KnowledgeSharingTech thanks, I'll take a look. I have an IT background so I run servers for storage etc. So I don't need the USB port. I just want something stable with good range. I was looking at the X55 pro, but then I seen the Tenda had a quad core CPU and practically the same specs so I was interested if there is stability issues with either. I'll look at the Asus but it's nearly double the price of Tenda in my country so I'll see what features it offers and if I need them. Great channel
Sire, I know RX12 Pro V2.0 router supports blocklist & whitelist. So, I want to know, does RX12 Pro V1.O version router Advance functions support Blocklist & whitelist..? I will benefit from the answer
Hello, am I in need of an router in order to have a wifi and connect with tenda or can I just buy it, plug it in and have a wifi connection and use it for gaming. I am sorry I just don't understand how it works😅
Hi, if your Internet Service Provider already equipped your connection with a Wi-Fi router then you are good. If the ISP only gave you a modem, then you need a Wi-Fi router. Here's a video explaining how to set it up: ruclips.net/video/_r-EBNw7m5I/видео.html

Question, please: does the Tenda RX12 Pro offer remote access via internet? Or access is only possible on the local network? Thank you!
Do you mean remote administration access or remote access to local devices ?
@@KnowledgeSharingTech Thank you for reacting. When I am travelling, I need to connect to my router via internet (https) and enter its functions.

How to setup wifi repeater mode?
Tomorrow at 8 AM Eastern, I am publishing a video on transforming a Tenda router into a WIFI repeater: ruclips.net/video/gwA5KyrG2aY/видео.html
Hola tengo el tx12 pro pero no puedo utilizar la bandwich de 160 mhz , que me recomiendas hacer?

now you can test this one vs asus a58u ax3000
Great
What is a good and cheap WiFi 6 AP these days? I dont care about router functionality on it since I'm building router out of an old computer.
I advise you to use an entry level router like the Tenda RX2 Pro for this. It has an AP mode and in the future, you can repurpose it.
The range tests were obviously done on the 2.4 Ghz WiFi which makes the test invalid because both units support Wifi 6
No, it was on the 5G band
Bravo
Which router is better, Tenda RX12 Pro or Tenda TX9 Pro?
RX12 Pro
