Best testimonial ever ! I was trying to click on another Dr.Joe video, but my finger slipped and I clicked on this one. So , I thought, there is never enough testimonials. This is so empowering, so motivational, so ... so... can't find the words. I am glad she reminded me how important it is to meditate at 4 am. I kept slipping it to 4:30 or 5 or 5:30. Thank you, that's inspiring. I was given Becoming Supernatural in July and I've not missed a day doing my meditations. At first they were so blissful but now I'm going through a turbulent patch. Still I'm not giving up, I'm choosing to be all in. I'm tuning into the future potential of Dr Joe coming to Vancouver again so I can attend! I've been waking up earlier and earlier so I will try the pineal gland meditation soon. I love the breathing!
Yes! I had lots of turbulent patches! That’s perfectly normal. It’s just the body trying to keep you in the past or the universe is organising something greater for you. Trust it!
@@Makis01980 what is turbolent event? I have something I call regress, some old thoughts and fears come back, after months of complete disappear. Is this turbolent event?
The breathing is the best!!! It pulls all that negative energy out of the body!! When I started doing the work it was difficult to get out of bed and now I’m on the other side of the world!

@@RumianaIlieva What I meant by a turbulent patch, is that the meditations are not so easy. I'm struggling with my body and my thoughts. I keep having to bring my focus back to the meditation, and I am not feeling amazing after I do the meditation. But I'm not giving up! If you are having difficult life events, the breathing is very helpful.
