i get to connecting screen then it crashes and the only fix is to uninstall and reinstall then in a game it freezes crashes then my xbox home screen freezes and i try to turn off the console but the logo just blinks after waiting then the only way to power it off is to unplug it? is there anyway for me to fix this or do i have to get a new xbox

brother this just happened to me i haven’t had my xbox for 3 days the fix is to reset the console but when u do save the games and stuff and it should take like 3 minutes it worked for me all u gotta do is resign into your xbox it’s easy it fixed my stuff but fortnite still isn’t working idk why

This just happened to me. Xbox one S crashed, was restarted and wouldnt load fortnite or rocket league. SOLVED by using an ethernet cable! Logged straight in with no issues and playing now. May be worth a try

Mine is stupid, all I did was add myself as a child account to my brothers account bc I couldn’t switch mine to adults. Then I gave myself access to chat with all people so I can hear ppl in teams and stuff, but now I can’t even log into Fortnite and idk why. It just sits on loading screen forever. I deleted and redownloaded, switch games, restarted internet. And now I’m here. I pray on everything I love that this works.

There is only one soloution how to fix this problem:
Step 1. Turn off your XBOX ONE
Step 2. Bring the console down from your table.
Step 3. Buy a ps4
