I used a photo editing app called GIMP to create each frame, I exported the frames to a specific folder (numbering the files going up from 1), and imported the files into a video editing program called DaVinci Resolve. Because of how I number the files, they get imported in the correct order. In order to animate the text, I used DaVinci’s built-in animation system. I used the free version of both GIMP and DaVinci, so the entire process is completely free if it’s something you’re interested in. The process is quite simple and enjoyable to play around with if you enjoy video editing, and if you don’t, it’s very easy to get the hang of, and there are many great tutorials on RUclips. @@Kardashtuku already have gimp, so maybe getting davinci is something to consider
