Jeez mate. Grate a pound of Jam Jam, then immediately rub in coarse gravel seasoning. Tenderise with hail while marinating liberally in caffeine. Not content with ruining trail running you off to kill cooking shows now. An inspiration as always.✌️

That's exactly what I came here to ask! Bummer nobody answered you, I'll check the comments below to see if he answered. Given how often people walk the long climbs in ultras my thought is that he's walking these miles. But if you find out let me know will you?
