Tetris® 99 - 1ST Place Victory | Most Average Win (Few KOs & Badges)

From the 26th Maximus Cup that uses the Metroid Dread theme.
After playing a ton of matches from the Maximus Cup events, and just trying to play it cool so I can always get high placements so I can be done with these events and unlock the themes. The impossible happened in the 26th cup and I ended up winning my first victory in the game.
It would have probably been easier getting my first win if I played Tetris 99 when it came out, but there was no reason to play it until they started offering themes from their cups. Since I was able to get my first wins in Super Mario Bros. 35 and Pac-Man 99 with several matches on the first day, while with Tetris 99 it was different, as this win was from after over 20 cups.
This is also some good proof of a win where you don't really need that much badges to win competitively on the game. When I auto target someone and they target back, I try to change my targets except near the end where it goes way too fast that I can't focus on changing my targets. But I just happened to target the guy who was eliminating the other players near the end while sending a good amount of grey blocks / garbage to him which secured my victory before he could come back.
I also didn't expect to win, as I thought I was going to do multiple matches like I always did from past events. I never bothered with any tips or strategies and never watched any online victories on RUclips to see how I can win. I just played the game and hopefully that'll be enough. There's been many various times I've gotten Top 10, and I remembered a 2nd place match where I was trying really hard to win against a guy that had a lot of badges.
Anyways, this may be an old match from the past, but I wanted to have something uploaded for the new year on January 1, 2023. Here's a Happy New Year to everyone.
