John Hoke, Chief Design Officer at Nike, joins us for a conversation about his own trajectory in design - including an early stint at Michael Graves’ architecture firm - and his current, future-oriented work, in collaboration with top athletes. Hoke and his team have extraordinary opportunities to push at the frontiers of function and sustainability, and this is exactly what they are doing: he calls it “quantum creativity,” and it is happening at massive scale.
