the new "Defender" is a mix of the Discovery and the Range Rover, it does not resemble the iconic Defender. LR should have launched a new version of the defender with a new EU compliant engine and few upgrades and thats it.

Beautiful Defender upgrade,but unfortunately still running the old 2.4 version Tractor Engine.So many better engines out there to chose from these days.BMW or Corvette,for example,make especially good quiet,powerful and more responsive engines for Land Rover chassis.

No - I think just another wanker who knows fuck all but likes to see his shit dribbled on RUclips.
BM Aus - The new Defender has the exact same suspension parts as the Discovery, including the short control arms that will give it shit for wheel articulation. It will rely on electronic traction control gizmos to get through obstacles. And since it isn't a body of frame chassis, lifting it and dropping the diffs will be quite the challenge. Did you know all of this...or did you know fuck all about the Defender as well?
Oh, and it looks like a mall crawling Kia Soul. It would have been better if they called it the new Discovery.
