There's another Sultan in Southern San Andreas that's a 2 door but 1.1mil. What's the difference between that one and the one at Benny's?

The two door in SSA is the sultan RS classic which is a tuners version, it has more customisation and can enter tuners races. There is also the 4 door sultan that you can steal off the street which you can upgrade into a two door at bennys, which is another variant, called the Sultan RS. Then you have the Sultan Classic on the podium, which is the 4 door version based on the 555 rally car.
