This sounds like the bonus 12" The Ultimatum mix (would have to pull the vinyl out to confirm) that came with the Jungle Brothers album Straight Out The Jungle back in 1988, but like Crimson Cream says sped right up. Not sure how much Norman Cook had to do with it as he was still playing bass for the Housemartins at that point in time.
