    Taiwan is definitely a hidden gem of Asia. Taipei has been ranked as the fourth safest city in the world, but in my opinion, the entire country is generally very safe. I have personally witnessed people in restaurants casually walking away from their tables and leaving behind their iPhones and MacBooks unattended. Moreover, I can confidently say that most of the time, you will find your lost valuable items in Taiwan. It’s an amazing country.

    • @charshih9478
      @charshih9478 Год назад +27

      Haha. I am visiting Taiwan with my family. We have lost our cellphone, etc on the bus, restaurants, etc. and we were able to get them all back. Lost items will be turned into police stations or bus/train depo. I once had to chase a bus down to get my cell phone back. After many stops, it was still there. Not only Taiwan is a very safe country, they are also very friendly. I have asked for directions countless times and they were all eager to help. I love it here.

    Taipei (Taiwan in general) is one of the safest big cities to travel in Asia, you can walk through a city park or small alley at night without having to worry about safety concerns. The food is so good, it becomes a big part of enjoyment on your trip. However, if you are allergic to certain ingredients, then you probably want to be a bit cautious about the food you take. If you don't mind the language barrier, it is definitely highly recommended to all solo female travelers who want to explore Asia cities.

    I went to kaohsiung a few years ago with a friend! We went to a cash only restaurant but we didn’t realize it was cash only until after we had eaten and the bill came. We explained this to our waitress! That we had credit cards and we just needed her help finding an atm to pay. She told us not to worry! Are we staying locally? We can get cash and then pay tomorrow! No rush. I thought that was so sweet of her. I have never experienced that in the us

    I haven’t seen you in years. I’m glad you’re living your 30’s traveling. I started 2023 doing the same and in a few weeks for my 31st bday will be traveling to Oregon for the first time to see my friend.

    The visuals in your content are INCREDIBLE. You make myself and my girlfriend want to go to every single place you go!
    If you don't mind me asking, what software do you use for the map clips in your videos? It's really cool!
