- Hair Transplant Repair Result on a Spanish male, 31 years old.
He had two surgeries with an FUE Hair transplant in Spain. The Hair Transplant Result was not natural at all, missing density and wrong angle of Grafts. He came to HLC to correct his failed Hair Transplant in January 2021. We transplanted 3630 Grafts to an area of 90cm2 with the sideburns

In hair transplantation, the most critical factor is the donor quality and amount. Even if you had a failed surgery, we could still help with a repair surgery as long as we have a sufficient donor scalp area. From our experience, we highly recommend not to trust cheap offers and if you don’t have the money to do a proper surgery, then better to be safe and go with the right clinic. If you can’t afford it or don’t want to spend this money on your head, then you don't understand what it means to be a repair case.
Just free advice, be sure that they do not overharvest the donor area and go with fewer grafts to see the result first.
Manual FUE, Surgeon work, Stick and place, dense packing, grafts storage, staff education, donor measurement, long therm planing -- these are the critical points in your decision

@@ozambela84 hola, sii soy yo, me dijeron de quitármelos, pero me avisaron que me iban a quedar cicatriz y que si me ponían las nuevas unidades foliculares, no se iba a notar... Y así fue y estoy encantado!

Which Doctors performed the extractions and implantations on this patient?
My friend makes hair transplant in this clinic, he have native hairs ,not full bladder,only wants increase the density. But the results are poor and all native hairs are losses.The density of hairs before surgery is more better than now.
Did he wait one year after surgery to see results?

I-am talking about native hairs it was already hairs, all these are losses if compared the density of hairs between before and after . You said he must wait one year in his home not working not traveling. This case not correct the problem it is increasing. i am discussing person with hairs and must of clinic didn’t agree to make surgery to him.

HLC team, does going to the gym increase testosterone and thereby increase DHT causing the non transplanted hairs in the scalp to fall off ? Is it advisable to go to the gym after HT. I am asking post 5-6 months of HT.
So the grafts that are at the wrong angles do tha take them out
Before: Clear, high resolution, professional quality photos using light boxes
After: not even HD video footage shot indoors with no direct light source
Take not guys, this is how you're being deceived.
This is because the patient himself did the after video, if he has a reason to come back to our clinic we will make a new video under sunlight as usual !

What did they quote U per graft & where are U on the Norwood scale?
@@juantwo322 im nw 3 they said i need 2500 grafts Its 2,5 euro per graft so 6250 euro
My friend made surgery in this clinic.His case not full bald he already has hairs but there are thinning area appearing when taking picture with high light. This the case, then after the 6 month of surgray his hair densty is lower than before surgery. He feald big desaponted due to losees around 2000 graftes and around 6000€.
