As can be seen in this case, a hair transplant from wrong hands is very dangerous. Everyone should inform themselves thoroughly before a hair transplant surgery and not fall on the marketing promise purely. DHI, Sapphire FUE, ICE FUE etc. are only marketing lies to attract patients.

He got his first failed FUE with 2000 plus grafts, then the repair of 4300 grafts including the beard 1400 grafts. That beard did help a lot in the procedure otherwise he'll run out of the donor area. Great results.
You guys do it right, the second time...I can only imagine how many weak results exist out there. Hopefully they can find you to make it right.

Good work! However, the results of the Crown/Vertex (respective top view) are missing, unfortunately. Would be nice to see how the beard grafts blend in.

No they don't mine is fine u can't even tell av had it done but I have super thick hair on the back,
Mabys in my second in they cud tell a little but I dnt think so
You can tell the difference I'm a barber but it doesn't affect the cut at all , depends on the client some are like barbie doll hairs others not so much

I'll give it a 8.5 out of 10... Not bad but not temple areas of the face where worked on and maybe the hairline could have used a few more singles... But over all pretty good... Don't know much of the lifespan of beard hair.. Does anyone ?? Why don't they use DHI or Saphire tip for FUE ?
They don't work temple points on patients who recede from The sides as much as this guy

@@juantwo322 no.. It would be naive to. Listen to any hair transplant "guru" unless your donar is perfect.. Cause like this guy had lost all his sides, it would take too many grafts, wasting his donar. And then his sides will still experience more thinning. A transplant isn't just for Christmas, it's for a lifetime

which density he had before the surgery and which total density he had after all surgery?
he had 30 grafts/cm2, but not similar in all areas. now he has around 50 in the front area

FueHair Hlc only transplant 20 grafts/ cm2 to the front half , am ı true ?

Great results, but it needs to be taken down about an inch. It makes the forehead look too big.
the patient has been a NW6 before any surgery. After his failed first surgery, the donor scalp area was also poor in therms of quality and quantity. This has been said, in order to take the hairline more down we would need one more 800-1000 Grafts. We can only transplant what we can get from the donor area, its mathematic !
FueHair thank you for your comment. I have done 1hair transplant and my forehead also seems big, I need to take it down over one inch. I have a full set of hair and donor area 100% full, what is your information so i can contact you?

because the patient didnt come back to us. We uploaded the pictures he sent to us. Soon he will visit us to make a real video about the top and vertex aswell
4300 grafts at one session is a lot…
yes, it is, i've always read around 2000 or so was the most at 1 session.. i myself have had 2 sessions, the first one was with 2300 a year and a half ago, and the second one just last week, was 2100... I'm hoping that this is the LAST TIME I have to have a FUE hair transplant...
I had 4500 grafts one session in istanbul and it went very smooth.
