No, this guy & his accomplices are demons who set this guy up & murdered him in cold blood. She used a dating app to set him up so he can be robbed & attacked.

So loving & caring. It seems like the people who are ripped away from this world so unfairly are the ones who are best suited to be here with us. It's as if these evil people purposely take out the good people to make others suffer on purpose. I will never understand it. Andre admitted that because he wasn't wearing a mask over his face when he robbed Adam, he had to kill him. Haile gave info to him that helped him plan the crime. Premeditated callous murder. The difference between life & death row is more appeals. Life without parole so Adam's family can start the healing process

It's not to retry the case, it's the penalty phase and happens in every guilty charge. This is such a heartbreaking story. Why didn't she just rob him like all the other tricks do when they set up someone? Would have saved this man's life and she would have got whatever it was she was after.

the punishment should be up to the families involved, not a jury. It should be what the families can handled in order to feel justice has been done. The only job for a jury should be, whether they are guilty or not. I have seen cases when it is a repeat offender and it was a death penalty case and the jury said no to the death penalty, because they were against the death penalty. This is wrong as it is not the jury that has to live with the pain and suffering.

I 'm following this case live..defenses try to present the killer as he has very Hard childhood, his mom was beaten..in front of him ,he has depression and has bipolar. He cried so hard actually choked in his tears, when he heard his mom sufferings...he hasn't on his own mind when he shot him....really, why the defense trying to stigmatized people who has depression or bipolar that they could turned killers above all why on earth trial sessions stopped cause he was crying..he had no mercy on the victim when he pleaded with him. ..this is not justice.
