Happy New Year from the Netherlands, Julie! These fun folds are so nifty and versatile, thank you for offering the free PDF. I absolutely ADORE the pearlescent paper. It's the kind I can look at for ever but hardly dare use. The finish is rather slick, would it be easy to stamp on it? Please don't be jealous about not living near the sea. The North Sea is about 15 - 20 miles from our place and it's a relatively warm body of water in winter and cool in summer, which influences our weather greatly. Lots and lots of rain, snow is rare, strong winds a given. The one great thing about its nearness is that our spring flowers are always early! We rarely go there; our dog loves it but she lost her left hind leg by a very abusive 1st owner, so walking on the sand is a challenge for her. Could you give me some advise, please, since you still have the Big Shot as well: I bought Stampin' Up!'s Mini and love the detail in both die cuts and embossing. For larger dies I still use the Big Shot, but for intricate dies I need shims and they tend to get thicker. How do both machines compare? We stopped staying up after our daughter moved out and our cats passed away. It's a Dutch custom to set off rediculous amounts of fireworks and our cats were terrified. Our dog doesn't even blink. However, because of Covid, fireworks were forbidden this year. Each year, many people get injured and hospitals are full with Covid patients. Some hospitals had such an influx of Covid patients that they had to be treated in the 1st aid sections.
