I love this card design. it’s very new to me. And a good way to use double-sided pattern paper. I have those particular DSP papers so I used them right away to make several cards. some girlfriends and I are going to have a zoom craft meet tomorrow, (we call it a crazoom) and use this design. thank you!!
Loved the cards. Was wondering if it should of been scored at 5 1/2 and11. Not 10. Did I miss out on the fold back. I scored at 10 and folded back but it's too much folded back. I hope you understand what I did wrong. The fold back is 2". Thanks for your response. Sandy Davis
So glad you enjoyed this card! If you want to add more stability to the card, you could add a layer to the inside piece. I would cut the white down to 3-1/4" x 4-3/4" and add a colored layer (like Navy) that is 3-1/2" x 5"
Fantastic, Julie! What a great help when I need a quick card (or I have been a little lazy on making cards). Thank you Julie!
Love it you can see the paper designs all together

@@JulieDavisonCom Why I struggle with putting the In Bloom DSP to good use? Not a clue. However, your lay out is very versatile for sure!

Sorry for the confusion! The score lines are 5-1/2" and 11", with 1" folded back on the fold.
Pretty cards!! TFS😊

Are these cards sturdy enough. Nice card design but I did have this concern. I like your style and often copy your designs

Hi Tammy! You can see the Pop Up Pocket Card Tutorial here: juliedavison.blogspot.com/2020/12/video-pop-up-pocket-card-tutorial.html
I think your score lines are 5 1/2 & 11 aren't they?
YES!!! Good catch!
Punch your fingernail in the center of the dimensional and it will lift the paper making it very easy to remove. Hope that makes sense.
It does make sense! Thanks for sharing this tip!
