it is an important factor of reputation for a college to have many coureses, simply the fact that when a particular university can hold that much coureses meaning that their system is simply better than u ateneo they can produce to mold discipline of learning and can better run that course well enough.
Yeah, ADMU and UP are like forests compared to slum-surrounded DLSU. Oh well, at least the problem of classes on opposite sides of the campus is minimized. It's also what one would call space efficient.

Claiming that La Sallians in general are arrogant is quite the hasty generalization. Even IF it were true [hopefully not the case] boastfulness is not the ideal attitude for a La Sallian. We are people as well and make mistakes.
Just wanted to put in my two cents on the subject of intellectual property. The "O Canada" anthem is an interesting subject in IP law. Calixa Lavallee didn't even think of publishing his music (the words, in French, were written by some other guy) when he presented it in the 1880s. Numerous other Joes translated the words since then. In the end, the Canadian government decided to attribute the music to public domain. So, anybody wants to volunteer setting it to ska or rap? :)
I don't want to assume things, but a simple explanation would be that those Ateneans have personal biases against La Sallians, not unlike some La Sallians who have personal biases against Ateneans. Unlike your belief, however, I think that not all Ateneans are angry at La Sallians or vice versa, but simply that each is trying to get the better of the other. Nothing more than a hostile contest.

ME is the best course in the Ateneo.(For me)Go ME! Very rigorous so you have to work your ass off. And DAPAT MAHILIG KA SA MATH. Hm... Well, ME is an honor's course, so you have to be in the top 10% of the ACET takers. And, you have to reach a certain percentage in the math part of the ACET. Tuition is a lil over 3K per unit.:D

Tsaka hindi 'yan sa paramihan ng courses, PARAMIHAN YAN NG MGA NAKAKAPASA SA MGA BOARD EXAMS...That's according to CHED... Do your research! I did mine!!
maybe not in AdMU but in some other Ateneo schools, Accountancy is one of their good (better) courses... I heard AdDU's College of Law is one of the best in the country...
@crizzyzzirc I know how you feel. I was like you 6 years ago and am graduating this March. Study hard and do your best. Dont worry too much. I failed a quarter of Math in high school. That devastated me. But I still got in. Don't freak if you are having a hard time. The admissions office takes the difficulty of one's high school into consideration. Ultimately, the ACET has the final say. Review centers help, but studying on your own and being a wide reader is best.

I'm going to take the ACET this coming July 2011. I'm really, really, really having difficulty in Math--which makes me nervous and doubt if I'll pass the ACET. But I'm going to take Pol-Sci. And I've performed well in english in high school, I could have surpassed my honor classmates. My grade in english was 92, but my Math is 78 (haha!). Will my failing grade in Math can affect the admissions office's decision in letting me in?

Not sure about the veracity of this, though I got waitlisted myself, but it was due to a disciplinary case(which I won't elaborate on hehe). Still, worst comes to worst, you still have to keep your grades as high as possible for the remainder of the school year. And of course, you still have to do you best in the ACET.
