How To Find The Right Architect

I’ve recently worked with several people who come to me with questions related to “why isn’t this happening, why is my Architect doing this? Is this right? It doesn't seem like they are listening, why does it cost so much, etc.?”
A lot of my projects begin with people who are in a bad spot, and most of the time it’s because of misaligned expectations.
The reasons don't matter however, because you are entitled to answers and getting the support that you need to reach your goals.
I always reference finding the right "fit" with your team. The right size of office, the right style of work, the right personality, the ability to listen to you and improvise to discover and uncover remarkable solutions.
