Definitely yes! Loose trucks are for once you have really good balance on the board, go ahead and tighten those suckers up! It'll help you get used to riding.
@@dvadcatodinplusi just started skating saturday i bought a used board from a pawn shop and the trucks are hella loose but i feel like it actually helped me learn how to balance faster. its like playing ur big cousin in a game you could never beat him in 😂 after ur first win the second one doesnt seem too far away lmao
Dude! Because of you I started skateboarding again after more than 10 years. A couple of days ago I gifted a board to a friend, who has never skated before. Been looking for an absolute Beginner Tutorial for him right now and saw your video. That's perfect timing 😜 Thanks for your awesome videos man!
I just started 3 Weeks ago and i really enjoy watching your videos! I think you do a great job at explaining these things for beginners... they helped me a lot to get started! Thank you for that! I have a question: Can you make a video of where i need to put my feet during riding like where is the best position (above the bolts or underneath) ? Maybe you have some advice. Stay Safe!
Hey, Justin! Thanks for your videos! Do you plan to film week/part 4 of the learning how to skateboard series? I think it's awesome! It's very helpful for beginners to follow a defined path/tick sequence from an experienced skateboarder. It gives a sense of both safety and progression.
Always wanted to skateboard being sometimes I’ll have to be somewhere for hours I think now is a good time your videos are helping give me a good road map thank you
People develop a more relaxed stance as they progress and become more comfortable with their board. This is the most optimal form and how you should ride for the best balance and riding
I just bought my first board. I think the trucks are too wobbly for me. Would it be better for an absolute novice to have tighter trucks?

had to learn this one the hard way.

This is probably the most organized beginner tutorial I’ve seen so far!
That is highly appreciated, my friend!
I just started skating this summer and your videos have been a huge help. Thanks!

Front foot on or just behind the bolts. Rear foot on the tail or just down at the bottom of it behind the back bolts.

Daamn you back?
The weather here in Texas is finally starting to cool down enough to film some videos outside 😉
I can’t seem to stand still on the thing. Is there any hope for me.
My kids want to learn skateboarding. Feels like a perfect midlife-crisis activity to jump on. Thanks for our work, we'll be working it through!
4th day getting back into skating and I've been pretty good for pushing, I ride a 7.75 and foot positioning is always awkward for me.
Skateboarding for a while like two years. I now love to sit on my skateboard and ride down a hill (my cousin comes with bc he loves it too)
Thank's for your work 👍🎥
