Obsessed since Day 1. I've been spreading the word about you every day. Kudos to you for helping our poor lost souls! One day, I'll find a way to repay you for what you do. Thanking you doesn't quite do it justice.
Hi, Ed. Thanks for another excellent lesson. Since finding your channel, I have stopped following all other trading channels, as you always provide high-quality material and explain advanced strategies in a manner that is easy to digest and follow.
Another amazing video. For beginners this is something I learned 1st but did not understand. You professor have been able to clarify this basic strategy. Well done.
Hello, I had the following question, is there a free trading software, which has the tools implemented to process this strategy ? (Drawing the channels etc.) Many Greetings
Fixed TP makes no sense. You enter on a specific set of conditions, yet you exit on some arbitrary 3:1RR? Think about it, it makes no sense, both entry and TP should be STRICTLY TECHNICAL, at location where you anticipate potential reversal. This is one of the mistakes I see in beginner traders, they enter and don't manage the trade and exit on at fixed RR and this will let many trades that at some point were, say, 1.5R in profit but showed clear signs of losing steam, turn into -1R. Wrong way of doing it. Also, fixed 3:1 for better expectancy, this is misunderstanding of the interplay of average winrate and RR. There's a whole plethora of combinations of those factors that lead to profitable trading. And believe me, I've seen it all, from 90% winrate to 25%, all being profitable. It's always a combination of those two factors. What is problably not a good idea is going for RR lower than 1:1 or higher than something silly like 10:1 - but anything in between is totally fine in my book. Many ways to skin the cat. Most pro traders are at 50-70% winrate and 2-3:1RR, but there are outliers, as I said. EDIT: One more thing wanted to say. The Holy Grail of trading is the ability to manage the position, so that if you can see the signs early that the trade isn't going anywhere you cut it short with no loss, or the opposite - let it run and maximize profits. There's no book or course that can teach that, only years of experience.
Fixed TP makes sense for beginners who don't know how to dinamically alter their targets according to new market information. They need an objective rule, otherwise they surrender to hyperbolic diuscounting. I agree with you though... there are much better ways of managing a position. You can shoot for higher rewards while eliminating absolute risk with stochastic exiting for example. Remember that this is a video for beginners.
simple yet a powerful one! way better than any other tips or tricks strategies out there! I thought I will see a fractal divergence when I first saw the RSI settings😅
I do binge watching nearly all the videos in this channel since i found first time in YT. Amazing and quality contents, great explanations, scientific facts and data in this channel are big big superior to other trading channels with superficial and easy money trading stategy contents. Trading is really hard. Not that easy. Keep it up bro. I am ur great fun.
This Simple strategy is still better than most things taught on RUclips. I think my biggest improvement was understanding every move on the chart isn't a quality trade. be patient
@@fractalflowpro here's a twist i do. if the price broke outside the channel, take the distance between the lower line and the upper line and make a mirrored line in the direction of the breakout. it's absurd how accurate this is
@@fractalflowpro Maybe since this strategy seems to connect with traders, you can do more videos based on this, with different variations of this if possible. Thanks.
Hello sir, and thanks for your great work in educating traders. Could you kindly share your RSI features? I mean the settings you use. They are not clearly visible. Thank you.
i've just discovere your channel recently, i am a beginner trader and your content is the best out there. explaing concepts clearly, alomst pouring it into my brain, mark of a genius.
I have always disregarded the RSI indicator in my trading simply because I have never found an explanation for a continuation divergence! This has now opened my eyes to the power of this indicator and how to use it effectively. The strategy might seem simple, but wow is it powerful. Thank you for showing the trading community the correct way to trade and without all the fluff and deception common in this industry. Thanks once again, once I become more profitable, I will be sure to purchase your premium courses.
I don’t know anything about this but ,it’s a really good info ,,I will continue watching and learn something from your videos thanks for sharing and inspiring 😃
Thank you. When you said in one of your videos, "a new tool that is just as powerful as the pitchfork", I suspected you must have been referring to parallel channels. I use them regularly in my analysis. They are versatile and flexible. I showed it to other FF students. Thanks Sir...
@@fractalflowpro Not only divergences. Also they can confirm fractal bars, do frequency shifts and switching, extrapolations, action/reaction, Hagopian's rule. I once captured a scene where price brushed the dashed centre line in three intervals as it zizgags along the edges. Today I captured a steady uptrend in the channel, until price formed the first lower low together with progressive reversal divergence. On breaking out of the lower line, price tapped it with a bearish fractal bar and began to reverse significantly. Thank you. I have further confidence in using the tool after this simple video
ENJOYED THE VIDEO VERY MUCH. i WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST AN ULTIMATE BEGINNERS GUIDE FOR THE RSI, SINCE ITS VERY USEFUL TO MEASURE MOMENTUM. , AND POSSIBLY SOME LIVE TRADE EXAMPLES WITH YOUR NEW UPCOMING COURSE.

Thank you so much for this comment!
I also feel that a simple like or subscribe doesn't do justice for this person. FF is the best I've ever seen.
Great work! You make divergence seem so simple! Thank you!
Thank you... divergence analysis can get a little complicated, but in this strategy it isn't.

Thank You very much for this idea , it looks like a winner to me. GOD knows I need it.
Why Are you Using RSI 4. Instead 14. I hope you will answer it
4 represents the time frame he's using, 14 represents the RSI period

It is also super refreshing to not have it explained in a robotic, artificial voice like so many other channels do. Thank you!
The artificial voice in itself doesn't matter. It's the quality of the content that does

You will often see it with this strategy, but this is a video for beginners after all, so I tried to keep it as simple as possible.
