How do you make the sketch disappear? I think I didn't catch it here. Like first you put the base color for face (sketch layer is above the base color layer) and then when you add the shadows/buildup they are above the sketch so they actually cover it? I always have a problem with that since then I end up deleting the sketch and everything looks off.
    Thanks!

Hey! Yeah don't delete the sketch but don't worry about covering it quickly. I usually paint the base and a little bit more like the base shadows and highlights under the sketch to give a good map, basically paint under the sketch until you feel it's in the way, then go over the sketch. You can turn the sketch opacity down a bit, so it's not as prominent, it will look ugly at first but then use it as a map to work over the top and slowly it should begin to disappear! It takes a bit of practice

@@nikitaheyland Oh okay, that has to be it! I always feel like it looks so ugly when I dont see the sketch so well 😅 I have to get used to the point where Its going to look ugly for sure!

@@Milsukix3 yes! Most my paintings go through a very ugly phase so dont worry, it just takes time to trust the process, and learn the process

Really great colouring any tips for getting the blending good?

Thank you! And yes, brushes don't make you an amazing artist however 100% don't use a see through brush to render. Use one with is buttery in the middle and soft (more see through I guess) around the edges. You can use a mixer brush to blend but I find teaching yourself control with your hand using a brush is the best way to go and sets you up for success. Also pick the right values! If you pick the wrong values it can stick out and be hard to blend into others. For example having a strange dark patch on the skin when it doesn't need to be there
