He basically turned it into a combo deck which I don’t think it is good for this deck , the ceiling is higher but your mid to late game are nowhere to be found , this is at end of the day a control deck

Dark World, Albaz Strike and Traptrix were all insane. Bought them all and had fun with them all, I've honestly had way more fun with structure decks than opening packs recently.
@@smoker6683 they are at worst rogue decks and even playable with just 3 structures and playable with super cheap adds to deck like predaplants to albaz makes them better and cards are dirt cheap if you get 3 scorpio and one cobra
Fave is traptrix Rafflesia for sure since ever since the release of gravekeeper's traphole, I was able to play around Nibiru back when I played Salads(same thing as this deck using the exceeds to get Rafflesia out). I definitely am hoping to view a full powered version of this deck.
Getting back to Yu Gi Oh after 10+ years lol. Somehow the Traptrix deck just fits my preferable playstyle. Your videos on budget Traptrix deck helps me a lot learning the Meta, thank you a lot.
Dionaea is definitely my favorite Traptrix monster. One of the OGs, and does so much for the deck. Plus, I think it has the nicest artwork. Traptrix Trap Hole Nightmare is probably my favorite of their traps. The artwork is so gruesome for being a yugioh card.

I think pudica is the best new support they've gotten, the ability to interrupt off of a holeutea in grave summon pudica then banish a special summoned monster is crazy. It's also worded in a way that it does not work like something like farfa where it would return the card, Pudica actually lets them special back any banished card which can then follow into the trap hole's you set off of sera last turn and continue your advantage engine.
Came here from Sam's channel. This deck is sooo good. Been playing Traptricks since their inception. Would love to see your version of the full powered deck. I do like the Gallant Granite tech to get Lord or Nib. Even telegraphed, its a good way to limit what your opponent does and power down their combo turn if they can deal with the Rafflesia.
Pudica+Mantis+Shade is another combo to look foward: normal Pudica effect, activate field spell, link summon Sera, normal Mantis effect grab Arachnocampa, Sera effect set Holeutea, Mantis effect bounce Holeutea, activate Arachnocampa, overlay and xyz summon Rafflesia, set and activate Shade, Sera effect special Atrax, activate Holeutea by Atrax effect, now you can go for Allomerus with the shade, Holeutea and Atrax, detach Holeutea and Atrax to special Atrax, now you have a response from Rafflesia, can use traps from hand, monster removal by Holeutea and Pudica and mind control with Allomerus
I need the full power version! Favourite new card is the field spell. First of its searchable and secondly almost all you monsters have really good effects on normal summon, which was like a problem before the new support, cause sometimes you draw a lot or normal summons that could be stuck in your hand.
I like Holeatea a lot. I dont believe it replaces shade brigadine fully but I think they work well in tandem. Arachno is almost a sort of custon card for the backrow deck I feel like. She is awesome too
Best structure of the year. Not only are the reprints amazing, it's a grab 3 and go SD that gives you almost a full power deck, and the cards you do want to get from outside aren't pricey either. Would only be better if it came with imperm but that cards had so many reprints anyway that it's super cheap

So for the last combo ending with Galant to add Nib why not instead go into Ping then detach to grab archanocampa then special her make Cularia and then end phase bring back archa if you need protection or ping is you wanna snipe from GY or banished? That way you don’t end up breaking your own board with the Nib.
Mantis is actually a stronger combo if you're running the Jasmine Rikka combo Cuz it'll let you end on a monster negate a banished Revival for either back-row protection or banishing a monster and follow-up with dionaea in hand
In the Mantis line that ends on Allomerus, would it be better to link Allomerus and Cera for the Link-2 and summon Cera back end phase? Cera loses her own protection but Refflesia still prevents pop/target plus you get to reset your Hole trap.
I have a question if I use Rafflesias effect and chain lady Labrynth to summon will I get the effect to set from Deck? I think will not but just want to be sure.
I'd love to see a full-power version featuring Time Thief Redoer, and maybe showing off some of the floodgates Traptrix can run like Anti-Spell or Rivalry. My favorite Traptrix has to be Myrmeleo. It has such a neat history in the metagame, and holds up to this day as a very solid starter for the deck. Maybe it isn't the *optimal* starter anymore, I think that spot may be for Pudica now, but you can't underestimate Myrmeleo.
@@naturalharmonia2911 You can definitely run Rivalry. It restricts your toolbox a bit, but you can end on just Sera Rafflesia Pinguicula with some backrow and be perfectly comfortable.
So is it just me confused by the fact that Sara reads that each effect can only be activated once per-turn but I have watch live and simulated duels showing otherwise? What is correct for tournaments and stuff of that nature or is it all individually based on events? Sorry for the long comment but love the content this deck helped me learn and get into modern play!
Question: When you bounce Set spell/trap with Mantis eff and you only have the 1 set and no cards in hand. Wouldnt you have to re set the same card you return to hand? bc of how the eff is worded?

This structure deck is so good. Konami has been killing it with SDs this past year.

In the last combo, you can just XYZ into Ping instead of granite to search for Arachnocampa and it’s the same thing as Heavenly prison

No, you aren't activating a trap card. Rafflesia's effect is a monster effect.
Do you have a deck profile? The on teams samurai is different for the on your using now.

Sera has 2 effects that can be activated, so what you probably saw was both effects going off making it look like Sera is triggering more than once.
