No one sings like him...his voice is so solid and so genuine...the more I listen to it, the more layers I've felt in his singing...It makes me feel so good about this world as I believe in every positive message he has given in his music. You did a great job, Corey Hart...
I got to meet Corey back in 1992---He was a funny guy ---when he asked me what my favorite song was,I said this one was:) So wanting to see him in concert again.Been too long!!!
I was in high school...laying around when this song came on. Enough said. I enjoyed his music ever since. Bought every album. He beats the pants off Bryan Adams in lyrics for sure.
Ha! I was at this concert too...filmed at the Orpheum Theatre in Boston. Won tickets of Kiss 108 and they gave me front row balcony tickets...I had never heard of Corey hart before...Loved the show...went home and bought all his albulms and joined his fan club. :)
This video was shot in Boston the weekend of October 26th -Saturday. I was there at the Orpheum Theatre that night. What an awesome show. They put the finishing touches of this video Sunday morning and I wanted to sneek in thru the back door. Damm I should have done it!
I remember his Boy in the Box Tour too....first date I ever went on. I ended up hanging with my date's sister and friend instead...we were in love with Corey Hart. The poor guy didn't have a hope!
His songs and looks are timeless. It looks like it could have been made today. He puts on a great concert, except while we waited he played Bruce Springstein and I'm not much of a fan of Bruce. I guess Corey likes him...Love COREY HART!!!! Thanks for posting.
brings back so many memories..........I seen him and bryan adams in concert in winnipeg I believe it was 1986....unbelievable...talk about leaving an impression on my youth! I want my mullet back!! lol. Thanx for posting, great job. Do you have the 'never surrender' video? that would be great if you could post that one. I don't like the one's that are on here, I want the original!
@wisers001 Wow this is an amazing song, at least the 80's music sung with soul and real heart messages, all I hear from rap is hatred, perhaps if they sung like they want their kids to grow up instead of their upbringing the world would be a better place....like the 80's.
I remember my sisters playing this song in their room and their Corey Hart poster that covered the whole door, I ripped it a little one day by accident and my hair and by doll's hair was cut very short by them, I got back at them by burning their Corey Hart cassette tape and blamed it on my brother. HA HA HA!!!! being the baby I got away with it.
If U can play a song over and over again ,that,s how U know that It,s a great song. The music of the 80,s and even the 90,s are that good. Not like the music that,s played on the radio now ,It,s Garbage!!!!!

I am so glad the Corey Hart fans are putting these vids on here...One of my favorite artists, but hard to find his stuff in the states anymore...
1985. Down memory lane. That's one good thing about being nostalgic. Those were the days. I wish those days would come back so I can have fun again.
