Loved this you did good. I have a thing for glass bowls. They can be so beautiful. Im surprised you didnt check out the table clothes and all. I would like to get some little girls vintage dresses to sew together at shoulders and make a bottom curtain for laundry room, then take little boys vintaĝe shirts for the valance. Then on rthe s.all window on back door I could use vintage baby clothes for a valance. Well my hubs has hollard at me about three times. If I don't get to bed he'll say its my fault he didnt get any sleep. Then i will feel so bad. I loved this. Thanks for sharing with us and taking us along. My son got married today. To the perfect woman. And you can tell they truly love each other. Its been a wonderful day. While we were cooking food for the wedding yesterday she yold me when they got to the part where she was supposed to say I do she was going to run out the door and run right back in. I thought that would be so funny but she didn't do it. I think she was too tired. It was so beautiful. Enough of my rambling. I'm just sharing cause i feel so happy for Joey. He has wanted this forever. He's 48 shes younger than him but they are perfect for each other. And age is just a number. I love you.Stay safe and healthy. 😘💞🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏✌️👶
It sounds like your son and new daughter-in-law had the perfect day! Glad that they had a wonderful wedding and I'm sure that they appreciated all the help you gave, especially with the cooking! That's a lot of work to cook for a wedding!
Robert Goolay lol. That's blast from the past. I like the white tree. I scored a ceramic Christmas tree in the trash, which was in the original box but it doesn't have a base or lights. EBay here I come! I love that green bowl. ☺
Thank you for the kind comment. Most times I feel like I don’t do enough for my videos, but hope that my viewers enjoy the little adventures that I go on.
hey Miss Moose....I enjoyed your voice over, good job.....as you were looking around, I thought to myself "I bet she finds a ceramic Christmas tree", and 15 seconds later, there was that cool looking white ceramic tree!, and i had to laugh ....You recently said you had a face peel, and now you look so much younger....Old Buzz needs to try that! haha😂
I've been seeing an esthetician for a few years and she has helped me tremendously! All that 8 SPF through the years, finally catches up to you. Oh the days of youth! Haha. I guess the thrift wanted to welcome me back and so made a vintage ceramic tree appear! I have to make my way to some other thrifts and try different ways of filming.
Hi Renee, like you, the green bowl would be mine; and my tabletop Santa and Frosty blow molds aren't available for any price (well, that may not be quite true, lol!). Have a blessed day 💖✝
Great stuff, Renee! You should have bought Breakfast in America by Supertramp. Great album, I’m sure you would like it. Also check out the Byrds - really big in their day, and one of my favorite bands from my youth. You need old geezers like me and Buzz to advise you on classic rock albums. ;-) It’s always a joy to see you get a ceramic Christmas tree. Happy Holidays!
I enjoy the Byrds! I’ve actually seen a few of the “oldies” bands - Herman’s Hermits & Peter Noone, The Turtles, Gary US Bonds, Frankie Vallie, & Davy Jones to name a few. I went to many “oldies” Christmas shows where they had several of the older groups playing & it was great to be able to see them.
That place is RIDICULOUS with their prices! WOW!!!! Who says that vintage Christmas doesn't sell??? They must be living in a vacuum! But you got some great treasures!
Wow, an unexpected meeting with P & M at 8 p.m. Some great experiences at the thrift store, I´ve never heard of a business model like creating "ugly Christmas sweaters", lol ! 🥴 Some of them are really fancy, e.g. the sumo wrestler. Congrats on the white ceramic Christmas tree, not a bad find for a whopping 18.18 $. Great to hear that you were positively surprised. Keep the party going, and have a fantastic weekend ! 🍻Greets from GER, U.
The ugly sweater company that was on Shark Tank was called "Tipsy Elves" & they received a deal for $100,000 for 10% of the company. After appearing on the show, they made over $1 million in the first couple of years and the stats from 2018 state that they had done over $70 million in sales since the company started in 2011. Pretty good for making holiday sweaters! I think many like to still go to the thrift to search for an authentic "ugly" Christmas sweater, one that was perhaps made in the 1980s or 1990s with no intention of being ugly on purpose. I actually find many of those cute :0)
It was fun to see you out thrifting again! You found some great items at decent prices which is always a plus. I love the Santa blow mold. The only other thing that I would have picked up was the plastic candelabra. You see those multi candle lights all the time, but that one was unusual with the design on the candles and especially the plastic flames added which I have never seen before. Usually the flames are the bulbs and, in this case, I assume the bulbs were down inside the candles to make the plastic flames glow. I would have loved to see it lit up. Thanks for sharing this fun and successful thrifting trip!
Woohoo Renee. The Christmas 🎄 ceramic looked adorable. But I do understand that the lights should never be glued to a ceramic tree. Love the Santa you also go from the thrift store. I love ehen you find such wonderful and amazing stuff. God Bless you Renee. Take care and have an amazing weekend. Love you. Hugs. Mari'a. 🎄🎄❤️❤️❤️❤️🤗🤗🤗🤗🍂🍂🍂🍁🍁🍁👍👍👍👍👍👍🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
It's not awful that they are glued, they are just a bit more difficult to replace or change out. Sometimes the glue is so good that if you attempt to remove the bulb, the ceramic actually cracks. One can always put the side with the missing bulbs to the wall and no one will notice :0)
The white Christmas tree was nice. Oh my I loved that green bowl too, mostly the style over the color but is so pretty. Why do they write prices with a marker? I assume it comes off easier than I’m thinking 🤔. The blow mold Santa looks just like my ceramic Santa I made many moons ago. Thanks for taking us along. ~ Texas
Thanks for the great video! I think you hit a home run with all of the items that you picked up. The ceramic Christmas Tree was incredible. It's definitely a 'keeper". The green bowl was also awesome and forget about the Santa - WOW!!! That was just plain perfect - great size and in great shape, as well. It was all great to see - thanks again. Best wishes for the Holidays!
Oh, I wish we had those Christmas trees here in Australia. A lovely find. I noticed you left the Jim Shore Angel. Was it expensive? I would love to add a few of those to my angel collection. ❤🐨
A sweater with Sylvester, Tweety, Bugs Bunny and the Tasmanian Devil is not an ugly sweater. But you could of course replace Bugs Bunny and the Tasmanian Devil with my absolute favorites Foghorn Leghorn and Wile E. Coyote. And maybe Daffy Duck snuck in behind the tree. Daffy was perhaps Mel Blanc's best voice. And Barnyard Dawg. My God, I have to put on a lot of weight to fit everything on my sweater. Well, I guess I'll have to settle for a Sylvester and Tweety tie.
I had fun shopping with you I don't have much to shop at when you live in the boonies and only a small town close by I cant walk too well so I dont stray too far from home in the winter Our salvation army is so small it doesn't have much and when it gets good stuff in it's gone before I trek to town Oh well as long as you and a handful of others keep going to yard sales and Goodwill stores I'll be fine and I don't spend a penny of my money Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 🇨🇦🦩😊
Great finds !!! I learned from you about the vintage ceramic Christmas trees, unfortunately for me it was a week after I gave my neighbor the white two piece ceramic Christmas tree I got from a storage unit not knowing it's value . Thankfully it was a great unit but it was a pricey lesson 🧐😅
Oh no, well hopefully you will find another one in a storage unit! If you ever find one that looks like a tree with lava on it or like a volcano, those are a bit more valuable than the "regular" ceramic tree. I've only found one and that was at an auction, but you never know what you might find in a storage unit!
The green bowl is begging for popcorn. I recently found some of the "candles" for a ceramic tree, but not the tree. I figure sooner or later I'll find someone with a tree and no bulbs.
Hello Renee. I haven’t been thrifting in 2 weeks. I haven’t had any time to I’m hoping this coming up week. I love thrifting. I don’t even have to buy anything I love the hunt. So are you going to the bins soon ? I love when you go there. I enjoyed this trip to the thrift. Take care. Enjoy your weekend. 🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️☕️🫖☕️🫖☕️🫖🥰🥰🥰💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Hi - glad you had a good return to the thrift store - I know it's not always your favorite. Nice Christmas finds - I didn't know they made blow molds that small. The green bowl looks sort of Art Deco but it's not that old, right? I am definitely doing my Christmas shopping 2nd hand. It's tricky to find the right things. Only 4, maybe 5 flea market & estate sale weekends until Christmas. The pressure is tremendous! We have Black Friday, Small Business Saturday & Cyber Monday - there should be a day for 2nd hand! Have a great weekend; hope you have amazing things planned for the early part of the week, before Thanksgiving, then fun stuff all throughout Advent! (Do you use and Advent calendar? Maybe there is an Alice one!). TFS this video.
That's actually a great idea for a 2nd hand day, though I guess there's always eBay and shopping for used on there. I know the one thrift in this area has a 50% Off Black Friday sale and they usually save all of their good, new in the box toys and such for that day. It gets pretty hectic, but it's a great way for people to save money during the holiday season. It's fun to try and find that perfect gift by using second-hand, thrifty options like estate sales and flea markets. I also think it makes for a more thoughtful gift, as it takes a bit more time to find "the" gift. I hope that you are successful at the estate sales & flea market!
The advent calendars that I've used in the past were mostly of the chocolate kind :0) I need to try a traditional advent calendar and save on the calories!
Some really good finds there Rennee I love the cereamic tree expecially in white xx ps have you been watching Shiny Bright Doggo ❤ I think you should do some tee shirts with your logo cos it's great
Shop it like it's hot! I passed on a larger tree for 30 or 35. Funny the "white elephant" stein was next to a stuffed elephant. I'm super observant. I have a sealed copy of that U2 and it's about $50.
I think she is at the point she sells one for every new purchase. She mentioned she would look at her trees and decide to either sell an existing one or sell this new one.
A ceramic forest! I try to sell one for every one I bring in. I see which ones are in better condition & will sell them, keeping ones with a chip or two. Unless it’s a completely different style or color of tree, then I’ll keep it for a little.
Value World and Goodwill here (Ohio) use weird prices. I hate it. Why not just whole numbers? Would make it much easier to figure out the tax you'll need to pay.
I love it when you do a voice over for the thrift store. Do you go right when they open? I rarely find anything good when I thrift. I saw lots of amazing items for sale in this video. However, the prices seemed high. I would have picked up the U2 Joshua Tree album as they are my favorite group of all time. I couldn’t leave them behind, lol. Happy Thanksgiving Renee!
I’ve been told that in a few comments, that no one buys vintage Christmas. They must not attend the auctions that I do because prices are always high for vintage Christmas 🎄
I thought it was obvious it was not Renee's opinion. My comment was addressed to the ones that had expressed that opinion to her. I was trying to be sarcastic. Not very successfully I guess.
Here in Houston TX we have a big problem because many hispanic woman they would push you and grab anything and everything from the shelf so i always live the store empty handed. Its a nightmare i tell you.😅
Thank you for sharing i really enjoyed your video it’s nice that you eplan everything very interesting xx

@PaperandMoose wasn't a real big wedding, but I enjoyed the time with them and we didn't do a whole lot.
Thanks for your time and video !! Tree waited. 🌳 😊😊
That was fun to watch! It's Robert Gou-lay, not pronounced Robert Goulet! He was a guest on one of the best King of Queens episodes!!
When she said Goo let...I felt so old. Lol. Didn't he appear on The Simpsons, singing in Bart's tree house?
@elissarn8529 That was hilarious 😂
Mr. Goulet was also in Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. He played one of dinner party guests.
Robert Goolay lol. That's blast from the past. I like the white tree. I scored a ceramic Christmas tree in the trash, which was in the original box but it doesn't have a base or lights. EBay here I come! I love that green bowl. ☺
You can tell she's young. She doesn't know how to say Goulet. The bowl is new. And the Santa may be a reproduction.
The green bowl is nice and the 🎅Santa blow mold 🎄
I think that huge blue elephant would be a much better joke gift than the huge beer stein!
Thank you for your ever-changing content. Our family and friends have learned so much from you! 🙂

Great stuff again Renée i thought the WB Christmas jumper was Class nice one 🖤👍®️
I like it too!
Fun day 😊
Any day you find a blow mold at the Thrift Store is a great day! And you found a ceramic tree!!! Fantastic day
This trip was later in the afternoon and I didn't even go to the holiday section first. It was meant to be!
Great editing & I agree with you on the white tree, nice size and color. Congrats for Scoring that blow mold 🎅

Loved that blow mold Santa!
That, was a nice haul..love the tree and the bowl
The learning part is best part of thrifting. Thanks.

Great finds ..thanks for sharing...🥰🥰
To tree, or not to tree..... Not a bad day out and about at the thrift. I like the bowel, it is a great colour, matches my stand mixer 👍👍
Your mixer is that color? That’s great! It’s such a nice color. And yes, to tree or not to tree, that is the question 🎄
I love the bowl you bought for yourself. I would have taken that home too! So happy you found some great vintage Christmas too!😊🎄❤️

Great finds! Though I thought those prices were a tad high. 😊
Great return to the thrift store. I love the green bowl. Your long hair suits you. I love it. 😊
This is all waaay more vintage than what we can currently find thrifting. Good for you 😂

You're like a magnet for those Xmas trees!

Great return to Thrifting Renee'. Love the green bowl and the tree of course.
Records are a great find when you can find them. I bought 40 Rock records for my hubby at 1.99 each. All bands he loves too. It was a a score!
It was a great Thrift licking day! Your assistance to the newcomers was spot on Enjoy the Santa tabletop
Thrifting fairly often results in useful or collectible finds. Congratulations on your purchases.
Love watching you,so upbeat and informative, and a beautiful young lady ❤❤❤
Loved your picks!!!❤
Love the bowl!
In the record section, the singer's name is Robert Goulet, pronounced "Goo-Leigh" as in sleigh, or neigh. 😀
Oh Santa! I would love to find one like that. I only have two blow molds. One big outdoor Snowman and one indoor snowman.
"chippages" if its not really a word it should be;)
Looks like a trip to the thrift store is in my future! Thanks for taking me with you!
Great thrift store haul Renee. I love the green bowl.
Have a great weekend! 😎
How fun! Glad you made it back to the thrift. 😊
Oh, I wish we had those Christmas trees here in Australia. A lovely find. I noticed you left the Jim Shore Angel. Was it expensive? I would love to add a few of those to my angel collection. ❤🐨
Jenny I bought a ceramic tree at Aldi Penrith last year. First I’d ever seen here in Australia 🇦🇺
I noticed the Jim Shore angel was missing her entire left hand, so Renee may have noticed also and just left it.
Love the white tree. Thrifts stores are great 🧡
More Thrift shopping videos, plz. Happy Holidays !
Ohhhhh, I love that Santa! Nice haul, tree w base n beautiful bowl were great finds as well 👍😉
$18 for the tree is a really good price I see them never that cheap anywhere I go good find

Some good prices.
Those mixing bowls were something. The Watt ware, the yellow slip ware and I saw a green Crazy Daisey Large Pyrex on the bottom shelf.
Love your vids! I end my days with your thrifting adventures. Thank you!
Great thrift trip! If you decide to sell one of your trees, let me know, I could meet to pickup, to save on shipping/breaking. Thanks for sharing.
Score!! Great finds, Renee!! Happy Thanksgiving week!! ❤🦃🍖🦃 ❤

The green bowl is begging for popcorn. I recently found some of the "candles" for a ceramic tree, but not the tree. I figure sooner or later I'll find someone with a tree and no bulbs.
.... that tree she found is missing some bulbs. Could have called in a manager and maybe gotten a few bucks knocked off ....
I have a tree no bulbs or base lol
This was really fun bc I haven't been to the thrift store in quite a while. Such great finds! 😍❤️👏
Hello Renee. I haven’t been thrifting in 2 weeks. I haven’t had any time to I’m hoping this coming up week. I love thrifting. I don’t even have to buy anything I love the hunt. The green striped bowl at 4:00 might be worth a second look. Outer cased Murano possibly
Sorry Rene...Robert Goulet's name is pronounced GOO LAY
Some really good finds there Rennee I love the cereamic tree expecially in white xx ps have you been watching Shiny Bright Doggo ❤ I think you should do some tee shirts with your logo cos it's great

I highly recommend the American Family in Whitehall, it’s really afforded and great sales
You must have a forest at this stage 😂😂
I think she is at the point she sells one for every new purchase. She mentioned she would look at her trees and decide to either sell an existing one or sell this new one.
A ceramic forest! I try to sell one for every one I bring in. I see which ones are in better condition & will sell them, keeping ones with a chip or two. Unless it’s a completely different style or color of tree, then I’ll keep it for a little.
What strange prices. I have never seen a store use those prices. Really weird.
I know why 18 cents on the tree🤔
Value World and Goodwill here (Ohio) use weird prices. I hate it. Why not just whole numbers? Would make it much easier to figure out the tax you'll need to pay.
Fun to watch. Tina, Al's wife
It’s pronounced Robert Goulay, Renee! 😉
I’m not good with names haha 😆
Prices have gone up!

Its Goo not Go

Vintage Christmas is a waste of time? Sounds to me like someone is trying to discourage the competition. 😂🙄
I’ve been told that in a few comments, that no one buys vintage Christmas. They must not attend the auctions that I do because prices are always high for vintage Christmas 🎄
She was only quoting what others have said and then pointing out that it was not so. That was not her opinion.

Great finds! What is the name of your eBay shop?
That thrift store prices items with a grease pencil on their china & pottery-haven’t seen that done in a while.
Goulet is pronounced goo lay
Which thrift was this? Easton or Hellertown?
