Warwick were my dream bass when I was first starting out. My Thumb BO 4 that's now fretless is a keeper.

    According to the owner's manual:
** When the switch is in the up position the neck (N) and bridge (B) pickups work as humbuckers and are wired in series. When the switch is in the middle position the neck (N) and bridge (B) pickups work as single coils. When the switch is in the down position the neck (N) and bridge (B) pickups work as humbuckers and are wired in parallel.

Where can I find it in this color, and as a 5 string.

Actually a Warwick bass that sounds really nice to my ears. Well ballanced tone, punchy, present and not too 'woody' or dark as some other Warwick models. That series-mode tones are killer! Don't really like the 'Corvette' body shape though. That upper horn just looks strange to me.
As always, very good review. Thanx, Dan!

Yep, you can switch to passive mode by pulling the volume knob

As the notes on the neck go up in pitch as you move along the length of the string, from the nut towards the bridge, moving "up" the neck is moving from the nut to the bridge.
"Down" the neck is moving from a higher pitched note to a lower pitch one, on a string.
The bottom string is the E string, although it is the nearest string to you when you view the neck from the side/above when playing.
The G string, although it is nearer to the floor, is the "top" string as it is the higher pitched string.
Musical convention is that, no matter the instrument, the direction of travel is "up" when the pitch is increasing, and "down" when the opposite is happening.
This helps when reading music, and working with people who play a different instrument.
The longer the sound wave the lower the pitch.
(I know people will be critical of this comment, as I've had conversations about it over the decades. Blame my violin, double bass, and piano lessons :-) )

Why did you feel the need to make a comment like that on a demo video. Do you really need this much attention??

Put some mids on that bass or it will never cut through. Yeah it sounds good and bassy when by itself but that is an almost unusable tone in recording or live
