Think every a lot of other country's should look how these guys work n what tools they work with' this work it break it mend it out on the road again is the dog balls certain they get by with not a lot wage size but their enthusiasm n wanting to work puts many to shame love what you do guys no I'm bloody impressed what you do .Massive respect from Robin hood country Nottingham England
Thanks Robin and Always Support me
sure they don't work they don't eat, no welfare for them that why they work for pennies a day and the owners pocket the difference!
I am very thankful for first-world safety standards and compliance codes. These remind me of the overweight and dubiously constructed hippie house trucks that used to be on the road once. High quality work it is not.
Thank You So much
Should have staggered the boards to keep the bed from flexing...
Okay Thanks
Good work 👍
Thanks
Нада большую кувалду а не этот маленький малоточек гвозди сотка Нижний Новгород Россия
Thanks
This is just conjecture here, but about 1/2 way through this it hit me the old guy wasn’t there anymore, and the whole crew just sort of jumped in and things stated happening a whole lot quicker, and better, and the attention to detail went way up. This whole thing was suspect when we started seeing a wood bed, and then it got covered in metal and you could watch him kind of wonder. I knew this was suspect when the side rails were being attached with 6p nails.
Thanks
Simple is as simple does.
Thanks
Maybe put a washer on the bolt before putting on
No it’s okay
The car body is made by hand. That's amazing. How much does the labor cost per day?
20usd per day
What is the type of lumber there using to build the base of the bed? Looks like a really good lumber to work with....the sunglasses they're all wearing is not protecting them from arc flash and uv blindness there burning a hole in there retina....
Okay
That is really poor lumber, the white part is very soft and weak, and the wain and heartwood of a tree is weak.
What happened to the truck bed you were building? That is a different bed being put on the cad!
Yes bcz we miss a clip sorry
Spikes , what about screws moore better
No Riwat are fix in bore tite when hemmer hit
Nail’s will NOT hold those side rails in place.
Okay
Greetings from Russia to working people
Thanks
Wow
Thanks
I'll book my car in next time I'm in your area
Okay thanks
High tensile Nails?
Yes
Nails ???
???
I really don’t understand their reasoning and philosophy behind the decision to use heavy bulkhead timber and planking as part of a steel frame decking structure for a truck which will overtaxes the enormous amount of structural weight dispersed over a defined area of the truck itself it’s any wonder that the power drive power source of the truck is woefully overestimated enough to transport itself successfully with that excessively heavy deck just have to wait and see I guess
Okay but its 100 plus years old technology
Why did you show a different bed being put on that cab???
I missed a clip sorry
@@extremetechnologyprocess You F****d up ?
Hire someone to use actual English descriptions.
Okay
Look Americans, we should learn from this. Look at every truck or trailer in this poor country. Every truck or trailer has guards on the sides to help keep cars and motorcycles from going under, the great USA does not do that saying it would cost too much. I doubt these Middle Eastern countries have a law requiring those guards, they just do it because it's the right thing to do.
Yes Thanks
Yes , America does require that All truck and trailers have guards on them. So your wrong or maybe you just haven’t paid any attention to the back of the trucks.
perhaps you haven't been paying attention, because I was talking about the side guards, not the rear DOT bumper on the rear.@@brookside5045
Disappointing in the ‘finished product’ being put on a truck platform isn’t the unit of the ‘build’ video
But why
If you have to ask why then you miss the whole point.
The worst job of welding i've ever seen, a few spot welds and 16 penny nails its all a piece of garbage
Thanks
@@extremetechnologyprocess Your very welcome, and it's still the biggest piece of garbage I've ever seen....sheet metal, spot welds, and 16 penny nails, and I'm still waiting to see the extreme technology
