How To Add Jira To Microsoft Loop

This Microsoft Loop tutorial will demonstrate how to add to Jira to MS Loop and will also demonstrate how the Microsoft Loop Jira integration works. why are you not able to search or scroll through a long list of filters? I go to add the filter and we have hundreds of filters, but Loop is just showing me a list of the "A's" with no way to scroll beyond that. Would love to know if this is by design.

is there a way that the columns on filter also appear in Loop, seems like it's only bringing in standard specific columns. Also when prompted to select a filter, it does not show all filters, i have to rename my filter so that it appear first on the list so that I can select it.

Hi Lui, I have noticed that the new tasks that are submitted to Jira do not automatically sync to MS Loop. Maybe the 2 way sync does not work very well.

That's an interesting observation. New tasks entered from Loop did appear in my Jira board however there was a delay.
