My brothers and sisters of Dominica. For years I cry. If you have a road. Above is a cliff. And opposite is the sea/ocean. Which continually erodes the road and/or the cliff keeps rolling down. You then have two problems. And you likewise have two solutions. Cut the cliff to minimize the rolling down on road. And take what you cut from the cliff. Dump it into the sea to help reduce the coastal erosion. Plus at that location. Stone city provides much needed natural breakers. Use it people. Please help. I don't get it.
