the archicad stair tool is quote complicated, and not fantastic as making artistic (non conventional) stairs. If you understand the geometry of the required stair risers & goings, you can draw anything in section & then extrude it as a morph or shell to get a more creative solution.
Carl-Andreas Aspelund Hi, sorry for the delay. Yes I will be doing a light settings tutorial within the few few weeks as I am currently running an Advanced ArchiCAD course focusing on visualisation & animation
Hi , I have an issue conercnant rendering on cinerender archicad 19 . I have tried to make records with cinerender of archicad 19 but the harsh calculation and importate although the settings of the image is of low quality . I want to inform you that I work with PC workstation: cpu xeon E5620 graphics card nvidia cuadro 5000 ; ram 16 gb . I will like to know how to reduce the time calculations ? and if there is something to change on my machine, that 's what I should change? a informatitien told me that I have a low cpu . rendered by this are the CPU and not the graphics card , ????? I 'm confused please help me
Hi Rodrigo, there could be a number of issues. I would suggest that you start by checking the following. 1. if you are producing photo-rendered (cine-render) stills it could be the light settings (if you have them all turned off). 2. (if you are using a camera) people often get the height values wrong (based on storey settings) and therefore can't see their model. 3. It could be a video card, or software issue. Alternatively, if it still is not working for you I provide technical support & ArchiCAD consultations through www.archi-ed.com
thanks man, you're a really natural teacher - great stuff
Andy Copolov Thanks. I have been quite overwhelmed by the amount of views my videos have had. Glad to be of help.
Been a colossal help mate, thanks.
Due to the interest in this topic I will try to develop more tutorials on using CineRender over the next few weeks and months.
The pop up window for Photorender is not showing up. I can render straight away but can't edit settings D:
hello,
can you told how to creat this type of stairs and (hanging string raling ) as we see in this video

Great work! Could you do a light setting walkthrough ?
