If you mean how did they slide the print head, I guess they turned on power cleaning and then immediately disconnected the cord, but I recommend going to maintenance, then reset ink levels, press “ok”, then disconnect the power cord and you’ll be able to slide the print head.
I had this problem and i used windez to clean them out the a little bit of alcohol to clean access, thats not the only part i cleaned, because it continued with the clog. You need to clean flush the part that goes to the maintance box , and on the bottom of the rail under that part you flushing theres another part u need to clean and flush. Both ends. And walla my et 4760 is back printing, now i need to change the maintance box. And my printer back to new. Wasnt using it for a year.
lol yea dog may do better job of holding camera! Really wish I could see everything because looks like exactly what I need to do but can't see each step w such bad camera shots

Couldn’t even see majority of what you we’re doing from the camera moving so much and not in view of what was happening!
What kind of liquid are you using for cleaning?
You could use cleaning liquid from Amazon or home windex
