@@Justflowwithjuhii think you are paying too much. I am renting exactly same size and pattern house at dawson skyoasis for $1900. Fully furnished, with tv and cooker hood too!
@@Justflowwithjuhi juhi, mine is with 2 split acs, 55" tv, washer dryer combo, citigas and stove installed in the cabinet and in fact, the owners installed rack in store room for ease of storage. I am a local. I am not sure if the residential status has any impact on house rental.
There is no HDB near marina bay 😂 nearest HDB is either beach road (near lavender mrt) or china town 😅 I am singapore pr now i had shifted Singapore in 2006 and worked in marina bay financial centre for more than 5 years, in marina bay residences are premium price condo not hdb

Thanks for watching , yes deposit is to be paid with advance rent, one can ask the agent for the items needed in the home if owner wishes they give,
