If you're looking for a lot of Indians staying in one area and maybe you should go for Farrer park little India or go for serangoon area. However these days it is very hard to find a house therefore be open to other areas as well. It's a small country and really every other area is reachable within matter of an hour. If you can give up on your need for condo, then for 2400 to 2500 you can find HDB.
