👍 This truck would benefit from a anti-sway bar disconnect. That inch and a half anti-sway bar makes the Xterra handle like a sport car on the street but it's axels can't move independently enough for the dirt.

The point of watching a wheeling vid is to see and *hear* the action as it goes. This might as well have been a silent movie.

Ha ha lots of negative comments on music and while I'm an old geezer and generally don't like alot of music in videos, I quite enjoyed the selection. Good trail action and loved seeing the Canadian flag. I long for the days where the Canadian flag was flown as a sign of love of country instead of a sign of radical dissent and distrust.
Would have watched but the music ripped a hole in hell's 7th ring and now i have to fight off the legions of demons in my loving room.

manual is beter for off roading but if you don't have the def lock you won't be able to do it
I have an X Terra and was thinking of going 4WD, and started watching this interesting video, but I had to mute the soundtrack. I'd have liked to hear a narration of what's going on instead, but appreciate the effort. What shows me, is that the X-terra is not the right car for serious off roading, and look for a dedicated car with more ground clearance, and deeper approach, departure, and breakover angles with good skid plates on both ends. I'll look for an old Jeep and modify it, and keep my Terra for regular driving and lite offroading
The Xterra will do it, this guy even with the ProX made it look like it struggled. THAT was all driver not knowing what the heck he was doing. LOL, when the spotter yelled driver, he wrenched it hard to driver and almost rolled. If he woulda eased it driver an inch or two it woulda settled, and walked right out of there. I think he crapped in his pants and winched out.

Airing down the tires is a mistake. It adds very little to the grip and makes the vehicle extremely bouncy. Try it with street pressure in the tires.
