I'll buy some of the topps football just because I collect topps football cards. I prefer licensed cards but remember buying topps football when they didn't have the license.
That's ridiculous to have that much of a difference between the two companies. I wouldn't be able to keep a card of that value.
I'd rather see stinker boxes then ones full of hits as it's more realistic lof what you are likely to actually get.

Worst box I've ever seen? 2017 Contenders Optic. Autos were Taywan Taylor and Carlos Henderson. Numbered parallel was Jehu Cheesen.😢
I just did a rip of Topps Composite Football. I do like the cards, but the cost is way too high without the license. I really wanted to see the quality of the Fanatics Topps... not much better than Panini.🤔🤔🤔

@@MikesRetroTradingCards I did like a lot of the design. The retro looking cards are great. I actually looked at the cards after the rip and noticed a lot of poor quality
The prevalence of greed in today's sports card world is nauseating. I'm no longer in card-acquisition mode and I'm usually looking to sell cards that I acquired in the last 30 years. When I do sell cards I'm not looking to wring every last dime out of the sale. DA Card World has acquired quite a reputation in recent years for shamelessly sticking it to the little guy.

My favorite "fake cards" are the Joe Montana and Walter Payton rookie cards.
At least EP is consistent with his thoughts on unlicensed cards...something I can't say for 99% of the hobby. People in this hobby will say something one year, then merely a year later make fun of people for saying the exact same thing. I'm not sure if it is accidental or intentional but I know for sure that it is pervasive.
You do have to admit there is a pretty big difference between a time period when the unlicensed cards were the only option and now when you have a ton of licensed options to choose from. I hear this brought up all the time but it's apples and oranges. Would you prefer the Topps Montana and Payton rookies if you had another company with rookies in a fully NFL licensed card?
Ok living in Tennessee i'll be the NASCAR guy & clear up Jordans team for you, Jordan actually loves NASCAR, I've watched lots of interviews of him talking about being a big fan since he was playing at NC...all NASCAR teans are based out of NC...& he's at the races with his team a lot.
Shannon Sharpe is also a huge fan and talks about it on his podcast...
I hated it as a kid but went through a phase where I loved it in my 20s...I stood in line 8 hours to meet Dale Earnhardt Sr. once... But after he was killed I lost interest in the sport and don't really watch it anymore
Thank you for that information! I used to know a little about it in the 90's but haven't watched a race in many years. I used to love the night races at Bristol!
I love racing, but can't stand the current NASCAR regulations and haven't really followed in well over a decade.
That being said, Bubba WALLACE (not Walker) is the driver for Jordan's team. Despite being relatively new to the sport, they have won a few races.
