Think of where the statues of famous assassins are kept. There’s Darius, Altair, Amunet (Aya) and others. Bayek isn’t there. He founded the brotherhood, but he doesn’t have a statue. Why? An answer I think fits is that Bayek was very literal about everything and kept his promises. @awsm byz yes his mummy. not a statue. the point this person is making is that unlike the other legendary assassins, Bayek isnt as well known as the rest are if at all because he wasnt trying to be. he wanted his name and title as co founder to the creed to stay hidden. his name and fame stays in the shadows as much as he does. but ofc someone would find out about him. doesnt mean the world knows. and thts the way he wanted it.

i know odyssey is nearly here and there’s gonna be no new ac game in 2019 but in 2020 i want a bayek sequel also can we just appreciate how good 1:43 is?
Maybe as a new young assassin in Rome but with Bayek or Aya as a mentor. In that way our beloved Bayek is included and they can start making a new trilogy set during the roman empire 0-80 AD. If the montreal studio do this the other studio can focus on following the alexios/kassandra story..
Heard that the next game has multiple settings..black flag/origins team is working on Vikings setting , syndicate/odyssey team is on east asian settings and revelations or rogue team working on rome settings...
Probably won't get it until 2021 as the franchise pumps out the AC game delivered from one of the three bases they have, but I am in complete agreement with you. I want to see when Egypt fell and how Bayek had to then change with the culture around him. New people, new lands, etc

Jackson Lasley I'm still confused as to when the series got bad though Like AC Revelations was great AC3 was a technical blunder, but good overall AC Liberation was Underwhelming AC4 was a masterpiece AC Unity felt great to play, after the updates AC Rogue was underrated AC Syndicate was dumbed down to all hell but was loved mostly
Unity's incredibly terrible launch was what caused Syndicate's very below average sales, which is why they waited a year for Origins. Saying "Syndicate was mostly loved" is technically true, but it was only played by a few people after the garbage fire that was Unity so it doesn't really mean anything since most people have up on the series at that point
Semi-Hilarious Oreo AC3 is when things got rocky, the game was both ok and a mess, then came AC4, which saved the series only to then get ruined completely by ACUnity.
It has the illusion of being bad because of the yearly release. Which also results in an average game. Now look what they did in Origins because of a 1 year rest. The game was phenomenal and I hope it takes another 2 years or even 3 so that we can experience a masterpiece like origins in the franchise.
Bayek was freaking AMAZING. Loved his voice acting, character, and how much he cared for everyone. I wish they had shown a bit more about Aya, especially her relation to Khemu.
The emotion I feel in this. Every minuscule tune is perfectly placed. Knowing what Ezio and Bayek went through makes them cut deeper into emotion... ...I wont ever forget this score. Thank you Sarah, it's a masterpiece.
Just finished AC 2 a month ago, first time playing a classic, and when I heard the same theme on almost all of the AC games, it reminded of how much Ezio was much loved and a great character that ever lived. And I thank Ubisoft for it.

This is the game that saved the franchise.
At least it’s better than fucking Unity, Rogue and 3.
Bullshit. Did Dark Souls and Witcher 3 have locations to complete and mounts to collect? Witcher 3 only had one mount and Dark Souls had no mounts whatsoever.
Does Dark Souls have an interesting skill tree and tool collection? No, it doesn’t.
Does Witcher 3 have good details, such as visual reflection in the eyes? No, it doesn’t.
Proves my point.
Fuckin’ hate people who compare every game ever to fucking Dark Souls. I wish that game never existed.
Frederik the Wolfman a person whom compares every game to a dark soul is a complete loser tbh
Der Insektensprayer do you even get the points of this comment? He said that this game saved the franchise means that they get rid of pointless collectives, optimal objectives, the boring ass combat, and the bs story of ac unity rogue and syndicate.
Remember, the reason the Assassins cut off their ring finger is because Bayek made a goof.
Not really tbh
it wasn't a goof but the will to survive so he can avenge his son , Whatever The Cost. i just love him dude he's such a badass and Origins will remain one of my favourite ac games

Sarah Schachnerr is truly heir of Jesper Kyd genius. This OST is so fucking awesome.
Agreed. I loved her score in IW.
She definitely evokes a much more classic Assassin’s Creed 1-Brotherhood sound than all of Kyd’s successors.
I just wish they’d hire her & Kyd together
All good besides AC unity's soundtrack. Absolute trash.

@@wrldscott5603 hello (sorry for bad English)
It fits perfectly because Bayek built the brotherhood and Ezio result the brotherhood
Bayek is by far one of the best Assassins since Ezio. Origins is also by far the best game I played since the Ezio trilogy. They are both great characters. Better then all the other ones but Bayek is by far my favorite character in the franchise
This song is real nostalgia. What a game! I miss Bayek, he deserves a sequel ❤️
i know odyssey is nearly here and there’s gonna be no new ac game in 2019 but in 2020 i want a bayek sequel
also can we just appreciate how good 1:43 is?
Maybe as a new young assassin in Rome but with Bayek or Aya as a mentor. In that way our beloved Bayek is included and they can start making a new trilogy set during the roman empire 0-80 AD. If the montreal studio do this the other studio can focus on following the alexios/kassandra story..
Heard that the next game has multiple settings..black flag/origins team is working on Vikings setting , syndicate/odyssey team is on east asian settings and revelations or rogue team working on rome settings...
Agreed
Probably won't get it until 2021 as the franchise pumps out the AC game delivered from one of the three bases they have, but I am in complete agreement with you. I want to see when Egypt fell and how Bayek had to then change with the culture around him. New people, new lands, etc
@ethylMan If they somehow make an Ezio sequel or any game that has Ezio as main character, AC fans will go mad and get the game on very first day. But its so sad they won't make such game

James Mceveley he has a definite human feel, we see him feel pain, love, and rage

I dunno man, Altair will alwasy be better for me tbh
I dunno, i loved him quite a bit, maybe because i started off with him like we all did
Huh, i always thought of him as the best i guess, i never felt very caught by the Ezio franchise aside from revelations
When Assassins Creed starts being good again
Jackson Lasley I'm still confused as to when the series got bad though
Like AC Revelations was great
AC3 was a technical blunder, but good overall
AC Liberation was Underwhelming
AC4 was a masterpiece
AC Unity felt great to play, after the updates
AC Rogue was underrated
AC Syndicate was dumbed down to all hell but was loved mostly
+Baroque Chevalier Noir i loved unity but still cant get myself to finish black flag. Goes to show you theres an ac game for just about everyone
This franchise introduced countless characters each one is legendary with their own legendary story. Not a single assassin had a bad story/lore.
hearing ezio family rythm again with this egyptian touch gives me the chills

Bayek was freaking AMAZING. Loved his voice acting, character, and how much he cared for everyone.
I wish they had shown a bit more about Aya, especially her relation to Khemu.

Yep much like father and mother
You could say they are like Amun and Amunet :P
Aya is a legendary assassin you can see that on ac2 bayek is just a hiden one
João Paulo Barreto those were actually Bayek and Aya’s code names when they carried out missions. Maybe you already knew, in which case ignore me :)
Roach they did not impersonate gods. That would be sacrilege and make their heart weigh heavy. They tried to personify the values and traits of Amun, by acting in darkness to serve a greater good.
