the last wedding i went to was split into 3 different locations; the church the ceremony was in, lunch in a restaurant nearby, and the reception in a reception hall that was little under an hr away from the church
I brought a vase to my wedding to hold my bouquet at the head table until I tossed it at the bouquet toss. It helped make sure my bouquet stayed fresh and upright as well as a designated place for it during the reception!

a tip is get a plain clear vase for doller tree and fill it with water and flowers and then top it off with tea candles and its so pretty. we did it for my uncles engagement party and it looks very chic and is super cheap.

I agree on the bar!!! We are doing a cash bar. Plus limiting what you pay towards drinks or if guests have to pay it does help minimize people getting too drunk to drive.

i’m so excited to see the final wedding video! just a heads up, sometimes venue staff tend to steal cards because they are able to easily access the card box… :( so maybe keep the lock on the card box you ordered, or just keep the box somewhere you can keep an eye on it!!
