I think that time is the best proof. We do forget our karmic relationships eventually. Actually, rather quickly. However with our TF the situation is just the opposite. We do NOT stop loving them and thinking about them. We also do not stop wishing them well. It is completely out of our control. Even after several years of complete separation. And also, I think we just KNOW in our heart and soul that a connection with our TF is totally different than anything else. We simply know. That, and unmistakable awakening of dormant potentials, heightened awareness, drastically changed perspective ..... all of which NEVER happened to me in such a very short period of time. TF bring numerous blessings and rapid spiritual growth verging on miraculous. Karmic relationships don't do that.
Unconditional love is the reason why I know he is a Twin flame . I never want his life to be miserable even he irritates me from time to time . Even I know that he hurts my feelings I never wish anything ill to him instead I’m telling myself if that’s what he wants then let it be . I don’t control ,I let go even it’s painful to me .
That sounds more like a narcissist.
Sorry but That can still be a karmic, some people have unhealed wounds and still obsess or love the other even if it ended. I had a karmic and he still never stops messaging me or wanting me and says I irritate him but he still wants to be with me and wants to make it work but I don’t like him at all, and honestly I regret him. If the person you’re talking about doesn’t feel the same way as you or you can tell he/ or she is dismissive with your emotions and can’t relate then it’s a karmic.

What you said about having "an underlying current of anxiety, triggers, and nervousness" is SPOT ON in my experience. Specially when we got back together after our first separation. There was such anxiety and nervousness in the background that I could not even fall sleep while next to her. And often it felt like we were in a "runner/chaser" dynamic at the energetic level even if we were technically together in a "relationship". It wasn't sustainable and my mental health started to suffer and we separated again. After this separation I did feel a sense of "relief", though, Not because of what "annoyed me" about her, but more because some of those feelings of anxiety and the experience of insomnia went away. Once you are forced to face what you feared the most multiple times (losing your TF) you realize it didn't kill you, and there's a sense of relief and surrender.

What you are touching upon is how even with a twin energy (flame) the two of you may be in a different spiritual time stamp. Meaning that while the attraction is clearly more than just sexual, the evolutionary place you are in can be different and this difference can create the a recurring imbalance that divides you. Sometimes you have to separate so that you or the other can catch up to the evolution of the one or other. Patience, breath and release are needed to see more clearly. Watch out for the recurring negative thoughts.

So profound, the last point resonated with me to the centre point.
We have been in many rounds of separation, for me it’s starts off with rage and anger. I pray that someone better will enter my life etc.
But as time passes, the only way I can attain peace is if I release ‘him’ and wish for his highest good and my highest good, despite the deep grief in my heart I may never see him again. Within 3 days, he has entered my physical realm with peace, softness and tenderness ❤
My ex was a karmic. Train wreck and traumatic. My last partner was a twin (we are in separation). I see the differences immediatey and this helped. The twin has helped me to grow so much and pour all the love into myself more than ever. I wish him all the best and hope he is also healing and growing.

Yes, I didn't wish it at all. When I had an epiphany in 2013 that this would be my journey, after I had read a little about it, I wanted to escape immediately and forget it. That time I really forgot it, but later at the beginning of my dark night of the soul and our separation mode I recalled that epiphany. Those time in 2013 almost nobody knew about the journey. Yes, real twinflames don't want to go through it, because it is the most difficult thing in their lives. Much love.

I'm going through a twin flame journey, and it's scary. But it was fantastic that she opened up to me emotionally. I'm more emotionally open, but she's coming around. We separated, and she's back in my life to stay. There are still small hurdles, but she is the one.

But def lots of spiritual growth , I didn’t have choice as the pain caused by separation was too great, I had to run for help to a higher power :)
Every separation (for so many different reasons :)) was introduced gently, but every time caused immense pain. One time during the healing meditation something sucked out of me pain, and I heard message that this is pain from this life and past lifetimes. So I know that this is not a first lifetime when we are not together. It never made sense to me, why that pain would be so strong since we didn’t even “go out” for that long. And now I know that the pain accumulated from previous lives.
Now, it’s been 5 years to acquittance but very little time actually spend together. No contact for a year at this point. I was trying to move on, (I’m really getting lots of attention from other men :) which suits my ego very well :)) but I can’t really move on for some reason.
Well, I know it’s not the end between me and the other person, so I’ll be just observing and trying to figure out what that connection is :) maybe it’s just a soulmate that triggers my growth and attachment to results. We will see.

How is the twin flame different than an anxious and avoidant attachment or empath and narcissistic partnerships? Regardless, id rather be with a soulmate at this point. For my mental and physical health.
That is your choice, and it is the correct one for you! 🙏
TF is exactly that! TF a couple of people with an attachment issue, they do feel the love when not triggered, they are truly caring and they never meant nor wanted to hurt the other. There is somehow a genuine love and connection deep inside them. While karmic is possibly of that empath and narcissistic relationships when one or both have personality issues + attachment issues, it is easier to let go of karmic and identify the relationship because it is more apparent than people with just the attachment issues, that is why "TF" is much much harder to move on from. But both have lessons about The Self.

Wish I weren't in a twin flame journey but anyway I was born a warrior type. That is why I met the person.
Honestly these are not the terms I highly resonate with but all of sudden I felt the difference between two types of relationships I had. One that felt like literally being pulled apart and other was very growth oriented.
I am glad not to have any toxic experience though.

Weird Q: Can you have 2 twinflames? Obviously not, but read this: I'm a swedish man. Met my twin, a Spanish girl, a few years ago. (currently in separation state) Everything you share about twin flames in your videos fits my experience 100%. However this summer a good friend who has never seen or hear about my twin said I had to meet this woman from Copenhagen. She was apparently my perfect match. In all her pictures she looks like an identical twin to my twin, no one can believe that it's not the same person. Also they have the same name and same birth day, only different year. My spanish twin and this danish "identical twin" are totally unrelated and have never met each other. Scary stuff.

Time in the sense of universal time allows for connection with a twin who you have a past connection with as well as with someone in a more current time line. That's probably not going to make sense to most people as our experience of time is linear in one direction. ☺

The main difference I can decipher is that a karmic (super toxic in my experience) make you feel a certain type of sickness inside, almost bordering emotionally abusive. where the obstacles with a twin flame are challenging but you know that they don't have ill intentions towards you. There's more of a Grace with a twin flame. And like you were saying, you eventually get over a karmic, but a twin feels like they're always with you, like you're carrying an energetic backpack with them in it. I also felt deep desperation with the karmic experience I had six months before I met my twin. I've never felt genuinely desperate while dealing with my twin.
My twin almost feels like a ghost. He doesn't even have body odor. When we first started talking I would call him "Angel" but I didn't actually have a real reason to think he was angelic. Where the karmic experience he was like this cesspool of toxicity. I would often question his lifestyle and brush it off with the goal of being "open-minded". And very disrespectful.

Wow! My ex for sure is the karmic and my now boyfriend is a twin. I keep saying to myself even if we don’t work out I still wish him well and want to be apart of his life. My ex literally tried to destroy my life, and though I don’t currently wish him bad, I don’t care enough to wish him anything but stay far away from me. At one point I thought he was the “love of my life” foolishly telling the entire world he was. So I don’t want to make that mistake again but this relationship just is calm and electric at the same time. The ex was either the best ever or the worst ever. No middle ground.
My current boyfriend and I build one another up, make each other better, and me personally I am focused on growth and bettering myself. My boyfriend is a good human too, inspires me to be better.
Question, we’re long distance and see one another 2-3 times a month but talk and FaceTime daily. Though we haven’t had any major fights just a few disagreements - I hear the conversation about Chaser and Runner. Very interesting video. At the risk of being directed to your interesting sounding book (which I will most probably read), what is the source of your knowledge on the difference between Twin flame relationships and those of a Karmic nature? Have you derived your insights from revelation, e.g. through channeled information from spirit? How are we as human beings, able to define clearly and with confidence, what is a Twin Flame vs what is a karmic relationship? For example, anyone wanting to learn about the role of Saturn and by extension, Karma in their lives can find a myriad of online and offline resources to do so, not least by learning about the Vedic tradition. However, I can't help but wonder if the notion of Twin Flames is a facet of modern pop-culture, akin to a class full of astrology students nodding contemporaneously when the topic of 'Chiron' comes up and in unison and without prompting all mutter "the wounded healer". Is there any long-standing esoteric back story to 'Twin Flames' for example in the mystery schools of the near east and ancient Greece? I worry that New Age truisms often get repeated, without much critical thinking.

And there are no signs that re-union is near, I'm sorry. That's a bait people like to use so you keep watching them. 🙏
Mine has all the twin signs, except I did feel I was losing physical attraction toward them by the end before separation. We never had sex , so talking about desire onky, but my initial drive definitely calmed down and during some arguments or mini separations, the desire for them physically was pretty low. I was feeling too triggered emotionally by their distance to feel safe and desire them.
But also I have a very low to almost no drive generally, and deal with a health condition that it's painful and makes it almost impossible to feel aroused even. So could be other things, who knows.
I have a mix of these signs 😩 and i started goin thru a spiritual awakening, seeing angel numbers and had vivid dreams about her... i know its all about detaching and love myself but idk if its a karmic or a tf... i feel like we are the same at the core because of our childhood traumas but we are opposite in so many ways like yin and yang but we didn't know how to balance it

Yes, it helped Thankyou ( when i see all why other relationship happens even on verbal manner it's worth the way the journey unfolded, m thankful to karmic too and other soulmate people who just helped to learn so easily .. I think everyone has the knowing from insight whats good n bad for them but sometimes due to how the things go we are just trying to ride here n there but the most important if we kept a deep knowing that how ur relationship should be (eg: i never find need of sex (n didn't wished to have child as we don't know how long could we live and I just accepted the same from my partner too if he's ok with me all for the sharing n unfolding the journey) but types comes so sometimes we learn and they too learn as we are helping each other to reach the particular place ... confusion happens ( bcoz its learning and might thats not yet not the time to unfold things might Vessel was not prepared enough) .. inside we all know why this is in our life + yet on learning stage but sure with time confusion settles and clearity comes (this is the big joke happened to me i told my soulmate once that I will be with u till the time its needed once i gave u to the correct hand but with time i was not getting sure n all type of confusion so i holded n asked to wait but when i heard abt his marriage i freaked too n ignored my twin as i was not able to get out that emotion but it happened the way my words hurted me so later just settled till time rhe twin created the mess 😂 on other place..one chapter over other chapter turned its page n other learning hope happens soon( if I have to share something or if i have to learn something) but it's too true days n night passes soon m sure its all because the devine support n grace as the universe cares for us he lifts too he take out from pain too easily too after lil crying 😂❤

Some of these things have more to do with an individual's own self-evolution. I love most of my exes unconditionally and wish them nothing but the best, and I am always focused on my own growth and expansion after a breakup. Does that mean every ex is a twin? Of course not... Some of these things say more about ourselves and our perceptions than it does about the other or the connection itself.

Why just one twin?
What if you have a mix of both signs in ‘look towards separation’ ? I love this person so much and I truly care about them. But I think because I’m hurt, that I have these thoughts of “I want them to feel hurt too”. Deep down I feel that I don’t want them to be hurt, but I still have these thoughts…. Does that mean that they are my karmic?
In this period of my life I feel that I’m growing and loving myself more and more. But I also have a growing resentment towards them
My suggestion would be to meditate, get rid of the Ego feelings, and see what you feel underneath

The nervous system being activated even in a relationship with them, abandoning at every argument, breakups leaving me feel expansive once the initial emotional reaction subsides, sexual desire always present regardless of state of the relationship… most of these are present for me.
But then the part about how there’s parts to them I don’t like egoically: just way too friend-centric, friend-dependent, low EQ, not ambitious enough, having ZERO fire element in birth chart so lacks initiative and leadership… points to karmic.
I do not want them to be miserable. It will hurt if they moved onto a 3P, but I know they’ll always love me and I will always love them. So that feels like a TF.
The friend-centric and friend-dependent is most likely based on their CKL and/or their natal chart. Low EQ is actually incredibly common for a TF. I nicely challenge you with this question, though: the "not ambitious enough" and "lacks initiative and leadership" are Egoic values and expectations YOU place on things. They're not real. Can you sit with that and try to move past the Egoic concepts and feel your way through it? I actually have a video coming out in the next couple of months about this, so perfect timing!

The DM was in a relationship when they first met with nice person, a four year long relationship. Around the time they broke up, was when the DM and DF started working one-on-one with each other at work. They got really close. They were always friends. But they felt a deep connection and mutual very strong attraction. They made out some during that period. DM wanted to get together, but DF decided even though they really want to they shouldn't get involved due to work/What people would say. Work is very important to both/More so with the DF. She's worked her butt off to get where she is. A total workaholic. He was really upset, but accepted her decision.
So after that, during the holidays away from work DM met a woman "friend of friend" and they started something up. There is a age gap there. (There is one with DF and DM too. DF is older than DM, but the "Friend of friend" woman is a bigger age gap. DM is way older than the "FOF" woman. He started acting different. He acts more like his friends, changing how he dresses, who are also with younger women with the same age gap, partying, drinking. DF knows of this woman because she has come to parties held by their place of work before. Many think it's a rebound from his four year relationship. He never officially announces this woman as his girlfriend. DF never says anything negative about DM. She still considers him her friend, Defends him even.
Then during a business trip DM and DF were spending a lot of time together. Had an amazing time. They got even more closer. Very in tune with one anther. Many people thought DM and DF were a couple when all they did was attend meetings and have dinners together. Attraction is always there. Then 2 months before the business trip was over. DM and DF almost started something, but had a very emotional talk. There were promises made/a agreement to something. Things were different compared to the beginning of the trip.
Then at end of the business trip when back with the rest of their colleagues at a party the woman showed up. DM was uncomfortable, but introduced her to everyone only as a friend of a friend. DF ended up leaving early, because she knew what was going on and knew what was going to happen. The DM ran and went on vacation with his friends and the woman. It upset DF and even their work colleagues were upset as well. Everyone talked about the situation after, DF defended him to everyone. She praised him even. Which some would wonder about, because DM is not really being the real him. He has been behaving very superficial. DF is in no contact with DM now. I am definitely ruminating about it, about the constant mind games, evasion, putting other ST members in the firing squad (at me). The statements the TF makes (or FF or karmic or whatever they are {they are spiritual mentors btw/24-year age gap}, always within a ST group setting to avoid any confrontation) are not only triggering, but their consequences on me (as mentioned in a post under 'look at macro' vid) means other ST members shy away from the elephant in the room and that means they know I'm isolated and maintain that "this my karmic test". So, I'm trying to think pensively about your question, I would say yes, BECAUSE of it and therefore ABOUT it. I have no idea what to do, I'm so mindf* (excuse my french) that I have chronic histamine illness. And of course to answer your other question, vehemently negative thoughts and I saw your vid on karmics and yes, hatred unfortunately.

Legitimate question, if I am in separation with my person and I deeply am trying to heal & find unconditional love for myself, BUT I also deeply want my person back. In my connection i find that every time i try to run he is very patient and tries to find a solution so we can stay together. I feel both. That’s my issue. I keep rationalizing that I’ll feel better if I just move on, but it’s not wanting someone else. I keep growing and loving myself more and I just feel…solemn. Despondent. I want this pain to end. I want to be with them, but whether I am or not, I just want this part to end, whatever the answer is. But I don’t know how to continue this moment. My question was a simple one.
If the chaser who has been a chaser for years becomes a true runner to get away from the connection, does that mean the runner prior mirrors and becomes a chaser? 🤔
I'm doing a video on this but it won't be out until February. The roles only reverse twice on the TF journey: once at the beginning and once when union has been reached (with the Self). If Union hasn't been reached, the Runner won't chase. They need to have an Ego Degradation in order for the roles to switch 🙏🙏
