that happens by having a bad insurance agent, he must maintain and send the proof of insurance to the team that supervises that the Carries are up to date with all the requirements, we renewed our policy and our agent was in charge of sending the proof of insurance before the previous one expired and we never had problems, look for a good insurance agent

They pulled 10 loads from me and suspended. Insurance Broker submitted a week early to RMIS and Amazon still suspended. Loads are considered as rejected so my score went from A+ to C+

PSA: Self Help - HOW TO FIX!!!
I had a similar problem, Account suspended because of insurance renewal... my agent sent info to RMIS, I contacted Amazon multiple times, and could bearly get a response out of them... contacted my agent, & verified on the certificate of insurance was correct & it was, but amazon was still saying I didn't have the proper insurance... I called RMIS & they said it wasn't on file, & they would update it... still didn't work... called RMIS again & come to find out RMIS did not update it properly yet they had the proper certificate... just verify with RMIS that your COI has been updated & is on file! As soon as they updated it, my account was back active within hours!!!

Okay so I didn't have insurance for about 6 months and my account and load board access has been suspended, now I have insurance and amazon already have it on file. Now I get a message saying my account has been suspended because it doesn't meet amazon dot requirements, how can I fix this? Did anybody go through this issue after having updated insurance with amazon? Thanks in advance and any help will be highly appreciated.
