Very clean & straight forward way of lowering. Your description & visual of the process is well done. Just found your channel & subbed. Thanks for sharing your technique. Looking forward to more of your videos. Body channeling would be a great material. Take care, Rick / U.S.A.
I just subscribed, I like what you're doing with your cars. I've been lowering, channeling, and chopping, for a while now. I really liked your rat rod. Good work brother. Keep those videos coming.
Have always enjoyed your video's Morrie, looked around for your one on channeling but couldn't seem to find it? Your right of course those 32 kit's are really good, dunno what we will do IF Revell doesn't survive as is the rumour? damned hard to find kits anywhere BUT e-bay down here in the Wimmera! Stay Cool.
Thanks mate, haven’t done a channeling one yet, may do it for my next video when i get some spare time. I think there enough people with large collections to keep everyone going for the next 100 years.. lol..
Hey Morrie! I absolutely love your lowering and body drop videos for the Revell 32 Fords...have you given any more thought to describing the lowering and channeling you did on the Revell 29 roadster shown in that first video. OR doing same on the Revell 30 coupe? Hope all is well and that you're modeling away!
@@jasonmorris4795 I'll be interested to see what you come up with! I am using that kit as the basis of a long-term project that has to be pretty darn low. AND it has to have fenders...
That's such a clear and helpful video of a tricky subject. I could now do that myself, I reckon. Thanks so much for sharing!
Thank you! Great tutorial. I only wish that I had seen it prior to two recent '32 Ford builds. I have 2 more to build though!
Great tutorial in lowering. It is almost identical in how i lower my 32's..atleast in the the front. Oh and those buildups, they look great!
Thanks mate, i now do a 3D printed Z-chassis for this kit.
Great video, but you need to keep your camera focused on the parts you are working on, many times the piece you are working on is off camera!
like and now commenting! ford 32 one of my favourite old cars!!!

Great job man, love that kit, I have one planning to make a gasser out of it, looking forward to see more updates on yours
Thanks mate, gassers are cool, i have built a gasser out of a 34, looks awesome.
@@morrieskustoms6430 any gasser looks cool, but the best ones are the one we builds right LOL
thank you for sharing this technique with us .
Just STUMBLED ACROSS YOUR VIDEO & Now I'm Subbed. Awesome Tutorial Morrie, I'm Doing This To a Few Kits In My Stash. God Bless All.
Awesome, once you start modifying models you never look at a kit the same ever again.

thanks mate, you will enjoy the 32 window kit.
Would love to see your channeling technique. Great video.
Awesome technique! Can’t wait to give it a go myself
In the olden days we called that being channeled. Cut channels in the body to lower it on the frame.
Great how too thanks for sharing
I got a 32 I built to replicate my grandpa's 1932 Ford roadster so I could give it to him for Christmas it's the same one in my picture on RUclips
Cool, hopefully he loves it.
Cool tip showing how channel would cool as well🤘 on
Good stuff! Thank you 🤙🏼
Anyway you remember the size of that drill bit you used to drill the final hole for the rear?? Thanks a bunch for sharing with us sir
Awesome brother
Looking good… build on 👍
I found you could get a couple more scale inches by filing down the leaf pack and grinding down the front crossmember
Yes i have done that before as well.
Sweet man,thanks
Thanks for sharing
My pleasure

I am working on a custom 3s printer chassis for the Revell 30 ford kits, if i decide the body needs channeling i will do i quick video.

Great Morrie but what about the shocks & the rest of the front suspension???
the shocks etc work with little or no mods.
hey nice vid, do you happen to know if this works with the Revell 32 5 window coupe kit too or is the suspension setup different?
having a problem uploading this or is it youtube ?
sorry mate, just up loaded it and was still doing final details, all good now, excuse my dodgy filming..
@@morrieskustoms6430 it came out perfect
dommage, vous etes hors cadre et on ne voit pas la difference des deux pieces
You need to keep an eye on your monitor. Too much off camera stuff.
All we can see is your hands
Camera picture and he works off camera does not ck what he is filmlng not good
sorry mate, limited space and filming with phone
