Wasnt gonna pop this one out today, I actually had the Zero Year full story. but the cast has been talking about using the court for a sequel movie. So everyones looking for it. Hope you guys enjoy! Because we realized we never combined these related videos here on the channel.

Court of Owls is one of the best Batman comics of all time, up there with Year One, The Dark Knight Returns, The Long Halloween, and Arkham Asylum by Grant Morrison.

Absolutely love any time Jason has an interaction with one of the bat family
I like it when he's actually at odds with them but is willing to work with them because he has less problems with them then they do with him, plus they're all good guys and should be able to put differences aside for the good of the world. I don't like it when he's basically just an edgy older brother to them. It feels like they water him down to do that
The panel where he exclaims that he is sick to death of owls and punches the Talon square in the face is one of my favourites ever.

Really like the Court of Owls. Yes, they really only had one great story, which was this one, but what a one to have.
One of the best backstories of the Court of Owls storyline was Nightwing’s tie-in. I fucking loved the fact that during his early days in the circus, the court were basically scouting Dick to be a Talon. So good

I really want to see the Court of owls become a sequel to the Batman movie pretty soon because I want to see a new villains in the big screen like the court of owls and other villains who never made it into the big screen

Either way ... they have a major opportunity to make the best batman franchise ever .. so early in the story line that they could hit almost every villan in order

Court of owl could make the detective stuff more engaging since it's not the traditional lone well known villain. It could be anybody which could make the investigation more fun. Talon could provide a truly great one on one action.

I think having the Court of Owls on an Arkham Series game would be epic specially the Night of Owls storyline.
I hope Reeves does this story arc for the Batman 2, if Bruce has a brother that's been kept a secret from him

I'm actually re-reading Snyder's run right now. Court of Owls is honestly even better if you read Zero Year first, despite publication order. Zero Year is all about Bruce becoming one with the city, so to then go into a story where the city says "Surprise, you know nothing" has such a great impact.

The Batman (2022) is setup perfectly for a Court Of Owls (City of Owls and Night of Owls) storyline for the sequel as well as elements from No Man's Land, Zero Year and Arkham City type thing.
that's the original idea from the rumors I've heard, Reeves does want to do a court of owls film and I hope he sticks with it and Robert Pattinson has said he would love to do that story
They made it seem at first like Maroni, then later Falcone had ordered the death of Bruce’s parents but they never confirmed & I bet it was left open-ended for a reason.
DA Gil Colson & detective William Kenzie both teased that the city corruption runs deeper than Batman could ever imagine.
They should use the Court of Owls in the 3rd movie. It should also be where they finally drop the “I am Batman” line, after using “I am the Night” for the 2nd.

Crazy that you posted this today because just yesterday I was watching the original videos.
This for me was the introduction of how dark batman could be, the art style suited the story to the tee.
I would love to see a more in-depth coverage of the court of owls that talks about what everyone was up to during that night of assassinations just like how you went into it with red hood.

After watching the backstory on The Court Of Owls I must say that i was a bit surprised at the turn of events but such a great plot twist that I would have least expected but after watching this video, The Court Of Owls and the The Long Halloween are among my favorite Batman story arcs/mangas along the killing joke and etc. But this by far is one of my favorites imo. .

The court of owls will fit well on Matt Reeve's The Batman film. If anything, this will fit as the ultimate end to Pattinson's Batman legacy

I really wish we could combine this court story with year zero. Like:
-return to Gotham to meet Bruce’s uncle and cousin
-Bruce is brought into the company and begins investigating why the company is bleeding money
-Bruce finds out about how corrupt Wayne ind. is and points it out to his uncle
-Uncle asks him to step down and keep quiet right as an owl assassin comes in killing the uncle
-Switch to this with kicked off the building and such
-lead to the poisoning of the court and then the court disappearing (no maze themes)
-Then Bruce reaches home where he finds a message from his cousin who swears vengeance on Bruce for the death of the uncle.
-add a time skip to after red hood and when Damian is newly with Bruce
-Thomas jr comes back as owl man, tries to turn Damian but fails
-Threatens Batman the owls will take back the town unless Batman comes to find him (insert the maze but no stabbing there only psychological play), all while the assassins are awoken and told to kill the rich and powerful.
-Lead to Night wing saving penguin, and a new others saving others
-Then the finale is Owl man revealing himself as Bruce’s brother, Thomas Wayne jr. They fight, Bruce barely wins and passes out only to be found by Damian who apologizes for not letting him know sooner about owl man.
I feel that kind of story would be more to the ground and believable.

oh yeah this was during the new 52 where writers got rid of a lot of batman supporting characters during this time which is a shame because I would've really loved to see Cassandra Cain and Stephanie brown spoiler aka batgirl fight the court of owls.
During that time Stephanie didn't become spoiler, it was explained in batman eternals in which she became spoiler for the first time in new 52

I wasn't a fan of the tie-ins to court of owls because all of the tie-ins were so bad and really not necessary to the actual story itself but that's just my opinion.
Yeah, but the main story involving the court and Lincoln March was amazing. The only great tie in was the Nightwing one with William Cobb.

I got into the Court of the Owls stories at a weird time for me so I didn't get to enjoy it as much as I wanted but have to ask, are they the ones that killed Batman's parents, and are his parents part of the Owls? I'm a bit confused about that.
Just here so say i hated this incarnation of the Outlaws, I greatly prefer the one with Bizarro and Artemis.
