"Red Alert 2 World Series" Event #16 (February 2023)
This is a monthly cash-prize tournament that is split into three different game modes: Standard RA2, Yuri's Revenge, and Blitz. For each mode, we separate players into divisions based on their skill level: Pro, Semi-Pro, D1, D2, D3, D4, and D5 (for the noobies!).

Hey everyone! My name's Iver. Welcome to my channel: RA2 World Series. I host and stream pro Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 (Yuri's Revenge) games... and give the winners cash :)
My channel features a variety of RA2 gameplay, including professional 1v1 matches, 2v2 games, show-matches, multi-player, free-for-all (FFA), tournaments, and cash prize events. We also feature helpful tutorials, strategies, and walk-throughs, with tips/tricks for new players. I focus mostly on PvP, but I also do PvE occasionally, like 1v7 Brutal AI Enemy challenges, Allied Campaign, and Soviet Campaign games.
"Red Alert 2 Remastered" has yet to officially release, but until it does, I've created a variety of custom maps, tiny maps, survival maps, and mod maps to keep us all entertained! We have a great community of players of all skill levels... download the game today, and come play with us! :)

This is a Red Alert 2 game mode of my own creation. Tiny-map, no ore, build oil for money (max 12 oils). All Allied get all Allied bonuses (minus France), all Soviet get all Soviet bonuses. There is a 10min game timer. No engineers allowed.

Yeah Qien can be better 1 day if he reps a lot (like in the World Cup he beat Marko in YR and Blitz)... But when it boils down to it... Marko is the king 💪

@@Iver yes he is. We both started to play in 2000 westwood times…i stopped to play after xcl and he played some years more. I can ask him, he is very busy with dota2 ^^

Glad your enjoying! At the top level it really comes down to rhino's... They are radically superior to grizzly tanks. On paper allied has all sorts of tricks and tools that can be used, but at the end of the day rhino's alone win the vast majority of Pro games.
Thanks for the answer! When we were kids we all thought allied were OP, but then again we didn’t went pro for a reason.

@@pb_powell haha yeah I remember those days. If you wanna beat noobies just play like a pro. Heavy miners and refineries early, mass war factories for faster build speed, dogs and rhino's, crush!

I heard the name Wudi a lot, but I only watched a few of his games. Do you think Marko is better or Wudi?
I'm going to do a podcast on this soon. Wudi is undefeated in showmatches, and has beat Marko a few times. However it's tricky... He's super protective of his undefeated record and basically won't accept and new matches. Marko will play anyone on any game mode any time... So to me, that's goat status.

The players start with a black map. They can't see anything. The dogs scout the map so they can see.

Maybe like 15,000 people have tried to nerf/balance the game, the real players aren't interested. It's been 20 years. If you're still playing, you don't care 🤣
@@Iver i will not argue a lot but i can compare it to WC3 20y/o game as well and the last balance update was 4-5 days ago ... i play both of them and i am fan of different metas over time not only rhinos all over the map...
1.Yes its different because the one who balance WC3 is a big company not the fans of the game
2. I think if you give the money for the tournaments you give the ruls and the pros will play with them
3.as a viower of many RTS games i am sure massive part of the spectators njoy different strategies and how pros experiments
