The art engine is so much easier to work with now! Adding numbers to the image names for rarity is brilliant. It's going to save so much time now, I can name the photoshop layer before export! Thank you!

Thanks a lot, Daniel! I've been confused on the uploading, after being confused on the generating. Ok, I've been confused a lot during this whole process. I'm a little late to this NFT party! I finally got the build folder created and ready to go, but so cautious (and afraid) on how to proceed with uploading to OpenSea. This video may take me a little longer to do it, but the info is clear, concise, step by step and super helpful and greatly appreciated. You could not have laid it out any simpler. Just have a few more questions:
1. In the previous dApp series, you should uploading images to own fileserver, is that a substitute for IPFS, but the same process to be followed?
2. What needs to be changed in the smart contract to upload directly to normal opensea instead of test server
3. Since it only gets uploaded, but not directly goes to sale, how to set up a price for all of the nfts at once, and What is a rising floor price?

Yes it is a substitute for the server
Nothing you just need to depoy on the main network and not the test net.
The price gets set by people who start to trade on Opensea

For anyone having issues with data displaying on opensea. If you are positive you have setup everything correctly, it is most likely an issue with the opensea testnet which is sometimes really delayed.
I have the picture no show in some NFTs issue.

@@sharminoanali6647 Just go and see if your images and metadata folders are under 1GB. If they are under 1GB then yes, you can use the free pinata plan.

Great video. Really clarified a lot. Just gotta upload to the mainnet. Can you do a follow up to finalize everything if you have the time to do so? Also the process of paying the gas fee or updating the smart contract. The smart contract is really the biggest part it seems like lol. Regardless, your videos have helped a lot, especially for first time coders.

Useful video but i dont know if you said it in the video already. To upload more than 100 images you need to upgrade your Pinata Plan, cause it allows you 1gb storage but allows you to load just 100 max files inside folders.

Legend and a half, Thanks for answering my memory error problem today in the telegram call! I fixed my PNG size and successfully created 1k plus NFTS. not to mention i was able to add 8 new eye layers to my project in under 30 minutes no errors!

Can you please show the next step dealing with minting costs when you upload them to Opensea mainnet? Is there a way to add your collection to Opensea with out having to pay the minting costs on each item? Thank you!
there is no minting cost for each item, its just one time transaction to open the account to start minting once, and then after that you can continue adding numerous collection for free. mint I mean....I made 5 collections, and only paid at the start

Hands down the best content on nft. One quick question do you have a video on randomly revealed nfts.
I mean there be a frontend and when a user mint an NFT its is revealed to him at that point (also uploaded to pinata at that point too not before that )

I finally got my 10,000 images and JSON files onto Pinata and can see the CDIs for each folder, but every time I click on the folder to view the files within the images or JSON folders it seems to time out

Awesome video as always =) By the way, is there a configuration wherein the smart contract you upload on Opensea Polygon network then assign a scheduled listing on SELL. We can do scheduled listing manually if we edit the item but if you upload 10,000 NFT it would be hard to edit one by one just to sell.

You mention you can deploy it on polygon as well but you don't show how. Can you please explain what is different for polygon and where we need to do the changes as ETH gas fees are huge for minting?

Great video very helpful! One question! I noticed you are uploading only 20 and in your smart contract the maxMintAmount is also 20. Also, in the constructor it says mint(msg.sender, 20);. Do I change these numbers if I want to upload 10000 instead of 20?

When i change the numbers it says "the gas fees are over yout limit" or something along those lines. But its still quite cheap. So I'm stuck there.

Is there anyway to start out at a different number? Ex: I create 5000 NFT's, but then I need to create another 5000, so obviously I would want that new batch to start at 5001 instead of 1.
So the Rinkeby network is just for testing on the testnet version of the site. What about on the main site? Do we have to deploy while connected directly to the ethereum network?

I was wondering, how do you "sell" those NFTs after deployment? I mean OpenSea is asking you to click on individual item's SELL button and set it up manually - that seems impossible for a 10k collection.

Amazing! Thank you so much brother! I saw a project dropped with the json and nested image both hosted on IPFS. Each image was initially the same - a casket. After all the items sold then the images changed to different vampire avatars, while still hosted on IPFS. How can we handle this revealing of nfts securely? Thank you so much again

I have a question though, imagine I want to release a nft collection that will have 5 different nfts, some with 1k editions (all the same) others with 100 or 10. I would only have 5 different images on ipfs...but how would I create the metadata? Would I need to create the metadata for all the nfts let's say 10k beforehand? And then adding a random function to the contract that would send you a random nft and ordered edition? Or would you suggest a different approach? Again, thank you very much for your amazing content! Hi Daniel. Recently Pinata sent an email that they are changing plans. I think free plan is also changed. As far as I can see max file number is 100 for free plan.
Can you also check that as well, and what can we do for alternative hosting for NFT data. Thanks 🙏🏻

Hey I'm getting the error "creation of SimpleNFTContract errored: gas required exceeds allowance (30000000)" when trying to deploy a large number of tokens: ~1000 changing the gas limit didn't seem to change anything. Sending ~200 works, however.
